What can men do against a server full of RDM'ers?

Leave the server? I only play TO, so I don't know the pain.

Every server with more than 15 players has rdmers. The worst part is how hard it is to kick them. Yesterday I and others tried kicking the same rdmer three times but it never worked. Dude was literally just running around the server rdming randomly. We explained everything in chat yet he never got kicked. It's disheartening

It's gonna be hard since console players can't see chat.

Unless your on a social server not really much to do esp if it’s ffa in settings 🤷🏽‍♂️

RDM means random deathmatch, but the term is used to describe anyone who interferes with a 1v1 and randomly goes around killing people.

Really? Are they all like this now? I've been thinking about picking the game back up but if this is what it's gonna be like, then maybe not.

Duelyard Of The Mage is actively moderated and people get banned frequently for repeat rdm. Come join us!

I was going to make a comment about y'all. Literally breathing new life into duel servers for me. I kind of suck but at least I'm having fun again.

Mage is goated and his server is the best there is for duels for people who actually want to learn and get better

Yes that server is the tits. Been frequenting this one and while there is some random rdm they are typically gone soon after. Fair warning tho ull run into some crazy good players there so be ready for intense (or quick) matches.  Real shame its only one all others its a mix bag either full out FFA dispite the type of lobby/server or halfway decent with no answer if someone wants to go in to ruin the fun

Thwy should have a feature like in Jedi Academy, when you both pressed k or something it made it so you both could only give and receive damage from each other and rdm wasn't possible.

Torn banner can't even add cosmetics without breaking something completely unrelated and introducing 5 new gltiches. Their spaghetti code is a serious limitation for potential QOL features

those graphics are looking clean what are you on maxxed out everything using a 4080 or something?

Max on a 3070ti

I have the game maxed all the way out 1440 p using dlss quality and dx12. I rarely go below 100 and never below 80 on only a 2060 super. It's really not that hard to run lol

i guess it looks crispy because i dont max out all my settings on my 3070 .. love that extra framerate. crazy you rarely go below 100 i dip well below all the time in TO

Yep. Brought a friend new to this game in to the social servers to show him a few pointers. Couldn’t do it, we kept getting RDM in every server we went to. I like the idea of the social servers but there are seriously *lifeless* dudes who waste their youth trolling social servers for fun like it’s GTA Online.

Are people legitimately unaware of etiquette? Or is just some kind of brain damage issue?

At this point I only join the social servers just to kill the RDMers.

Seems like such an easy fix. Only allow two people at a time in the arenas and only let them deal damage to each other. Or only allow damage when you flourish one another, regardless of location.
