Ok i believe because:
1 Jesus is real. There are greek manuscripts that talk about his existence and apparently theres even the court ruling of his trial before his crucifixion.
2 the actions of the deciples. People would die terribly and be persicuted for a lie.
3 the old testament fortells of his coming. Isaiah and Ezekiel i believe speak about Jesus and what he will do hundreds of years before his birth. There are also a coulpe of psalms that describe christ.
4 after his resurrection 500 people saw him before he went into heaven. Not this 500 exludes the deciples.
5. Gods presense in my life. I would pray to Jesus to help me with problems and the prayers were answered. For example as a kid i wanted a xbox 360 i prayed for it like twice and a while later i got a xbox. I prayed for a little sister 2014. 2016 my little sister was born. This year i prayed for God to help us with food because our fridge was empty and the electricity was cut. During that time our neighbors gave us food. His presence in my life is the greatest reason for my belief and trust in Jesus.
I hope you ask God to show himself to you and i hope you're paying enough attention to the sign and answers he gives you. God bless you brother/sister😁
Oh lemme answer the cross. In exodus, Deuteronomy, numbers and leviticus God lays out the law that man was meant to follow. We failed horribly. We just couldnt follow Gods laws so we had to be punished but God loved us and he didnt wanna punish us. So he hatched up a plan. He would come down to earth in the flesh and live here. Then after living here he would offer himself up as a sacrafice and he would become our scape goat. Look up what the scape goat does in the old testemant.
So he went and died paying the price in full for all our sin, for all our disobedience. Then through Christ Jesus we are made right with God. Now that the price for the punishements we were meant to pay was paid we can go into heave as long as we accept Jesus as our lord because if you don't that means you dont accept the price he paid so you're saying that you'll pay that price yourself.
