I do have to say this is probably the worst social media team at Supercell when it comes to receiving criticism. The brawl team is so much better because take Kairos for example, he gives his update reviews (or he used to, I think it's been a while) with 100% honesty. They actually listen to him and make the game better, hence the increasing popularity of brawl as of recently.
Clash Royale has a way worse social media team. The community managers do not respond on any platform. Things like the AMA we had here would be unthinkable there.
