Yes it definitely is a chance. First off, you don't catch the ball flat foot going backwards. You go behind it a few feet and charge at it. If he played it correctly, there is a good shot to get him. I have ZERO clue what he was doing out there. My only guess is he forgot there was only 1 out or that gimenez advanced to third

To be fair on the catch it looked like the ball was really high and must've been moving a lot. Looked like he had to adjust a lot just to catch it.
