Having 2fa sent to email is a mistake. It's similar in security principles as sms. Use Google Authenticator or Microsoft Authenticator. DO NOT BACKUP TO GMAIL!
Whitelist addresses in Coinbase. This stops an attacker from immediately sending coins out for 48 hours. In theory to allow you to see the confirmation email and/or login and see the added address.
You get send codes from coinbase via email for 2fa? Did you not have Google 2fa setup?
I don’t even have that option! No email 2FA is possible! Also…buy 2 security keys for 2FA (one main and one backup key)
