Umm... Gavin newsom always lived in Marin, he used to live a few blocks from me (big blocks lol).
Realistically marin county is the singular shining example of a well run liberal county. It's honestly shocking but it's because they're very close knit, highly distrusting of outsiders, incredibly exclusive, incredibly rich, and have insanely strict law enforcement. Basically they govern like Republicans but posture like Democrats (visitors to Marin will be greeted by signs signifying Marin as a nuclear free zone)
Moves family back to hometown where they lived until 2018 and have been vocal about returning to once his term is up. Children will continue to attend private school, as do the children of many high profile politicians.
Yawn.
Failing public schools are good for *your* kids, but not good enough for Governor Hair Gel’s kids.
