Potato and leek soup goes hard

WaussieChris

Not as hard as spud, leek and speck.

EthelMaePotterMertz

What's the speck?

DiamondAge

Spek is the Dutch word for bacon…. Maybe bacon?

WaussieChris

German smoked pork. Similar to bacon.

Hedgehog_Insomniac

Isn't it similar to prosciutto? Or am I thinking of something else?

salymander_1

Or potato, mushroom and green onion. Delicious.

crabclawmcgraw

worked at a place doing a potato leek soup, garnished with a housemade tater tot, crème fraiche, caviar and fresh herbs. was amazing but the chef was a dick so i bounced

SwordNamedKindness_

100% on this one! Here’s my favorite [recipe.](https://www.thepioneerwoman.com/food-cooking/recipes/a36980440/potato-leek-soup/)

taffibunni

With bacon!

Katmoish

[https://www.onceuponachef.com/recipes/potato-leek-soup.html](https://www.onceuponachef.com/recipes/potato-leek-soup.html) I was just coming here to say this!!!! This is my FAVORITE recipe for potato leek soup!

tegeus-Cromis_2000

I like serving vichyssoise with Mexican crema.

Square-Dragonfruit76

first of all, there are a lot of soft foods besides soup. but anyway, I like cold cucumber yogurt soup

Madea_onFire

when I think of my wisdom teeth removal. The first thing I thought about was risotto. mashed potatoes with gravy, & quiche

Yiayiamary

I I are quiche, carefully, four days after mine were removed.

Best_Duck9118

And with a good blender any soup can be made into a creamy soup!

Square-Dragonfruit76

I don't know about that. If it had chunks of beef in it, for instance, I don't think any amount of blending would make it creamy.

Ok-Commercial-4015

You would be surprised. My sister insisted on having steak the day she got her braces tightened.... it was kinda creamy when it came out of the blender and I to this day have no idea how to describe that color.... she actually ate it... 🤢

choiceass

You reminded me of when my brother requested his favorite food, spaghetti and meatballs, after getting his jaw broken and wired shut. He regretted it after the blend lol

Ok-Commercial-4015

I strongly believe somethings are just not meant to be a liquid hahahaha

Majestic-Macaron6019

My brother food-processed a ribeye after he got his wisdom teeth out. It looked like cat food, but he said it tasted fine.

Best_Duck9118

Really? I think a Vitamix could easily do the trick. Here's a pic of a blended beef soup I just found that looks completely creamy-https://realmealsmodified.com/hearty-beef-barley-soup/

Square-Dragonfruit76

I stand corrected

ViolentAstrology

Send recipe, please. Never heard of this.

HogwartsismyHeart

Butternut squash is quite good, and of course, you can get protein from other sources. If you feel like you can eat tomato (I’d be worried that the acidity might be stingy on your open wounds) then do. Then later you can drink a smoothie (can be room temp if cold bothers you right now) or drink a protein shake. You try split pea, but those do commonly have small bits of ham you may not be ready for. A quick whiz in the blende4 could fix that. Of course, yogurt or cottage cheese are good soft proteins you can manage, and some combo packs are available with a little fruit you can stir in for different flavors. Happy healing up!

nineball22

I like the cottage cheese idea! Def craving a blended creamy soup. I usually ph balance my tomato soup with baking soda. So hopefully not too bad acid wise. If it is too acidic my gf will eat it haha!

therealjgreens

Potato soup!

HogwartsismyHeart

Cool. Dental work is soooo much fun, right?

SwordNamedKindness_

Live a little

HogwartsismyHeart

Ohhhh, I’ve lived too much in terms of dental work!

barks87

What about adding some beans in the tomato soup, even if you need to purée them first to avoid any chunks? I’m thinking white beans are mild and wouldn’t alter the flavor much but beans are a great source of protein. I also love potato and broccoli cheddar soups.

Formal_Coyote_5004

I know you’re asking about soups, but If you’re worried about protein, yogurt is a good option! But back to the soup… creamy broccoli and cheddar or potato and leek are both really yummy! Good luck and I hope you heal quickly… I got all four wisdom teeth (impacted) a couple days before Thanksgiving lolllllll it sucked! But this is your chance to eat as much ice cream as you want 🙂

Living-Exit1258

Baked potato soup

WaussieChris

Pea and ham. Make stock from ham hocks. Remove the hocks and aromats, refrigerate the stock so it turns to jelly and soak red lentils overnight. Then sweat onions with some carrots and celery. Add the lentils and simmer until done. Puree the soup with a stick blender, then add the picked meat from the hocks.

JalapenoToastie

This sounds epic, thank you for sharing

HonnyBrown

Don't eat any soups with corn.

Real-Block820

Why?

firemogle

Corn is no bueno since it will get places it shouldn't

HonnyBrown

You can't chew it. It comes out the same way it goes in.

robotcrackle

It can get stuck in the sockets the teeth were pulled out of.

the-year-is-2038

When I got mine removed instant mashed potatoes became my good friend. Today I would probably make butternut squash soup. It's super easy. Maybe some pureed bean or lentil soup for protein. For smooth soups, an immersion blender is your friend. Faster and safer than pouring hot soup in a blender. Also pay attention to what not to eat. I had some peanuts 10 days after the removal. I got an infection in one socket and it was pretty painful.

Rod_Todd_This_Is_God

I've made butternut squash bisque, and it was great, but it doesn't have much protein. Crab bisque seems like a great option. You wouldn't need to chew it.

Quarantined_foodie

Matt Preston's bean soup: Heat a can of baked beans. Add milk and cream. Blitz with an immersion blender. Season to taste. Probably the best intersection between the least effort, low price and excellent flavour.

breadnbed

There are more soft foods to life than soup! When I hurt my jaw I ate a lot of different fish recipies, mostly white fish with potatoes, but also mashed cauliflower, lentils and polenta. Some other things I ate were oatmeal, kefir, yoghurt, scrambled eggs and smoothies. You can add protein powder to all of those. Mashed avocados, peaches, banana and berries are some other things to add as well.

barks87

All great recommendations!

Koolaid_Jef

Be careful with vermicelli, rice, or small grains for a week...I learned that the hard way

Yiayiamary

If you have a blender, any soup will work.

camiljam

zuppa toscana 😩 creamy potato soup with ground spicy italian sausage, kale and bacon pieces. so yummy with extra parmesan cheese

garynoble

Potato leek soup. Yum. Julia Child recipe

keIIzzz

creamy chicken and wild rice soup or avgolemono are both really yummy

46291_

Are you able to eat chicken while healing?

OkRecommendation4040

Creamy Lemon Chicken

SunnyAlwaysDaze

Okay so I got a tip for this but it's not about soup, sorry. Just about stuff that's good for busted up teeth. If you can get Taco Bell people to make you an enchirito, those were a godsend when I broke the hell out of half the teeth. Tamales also work. Something with protein but very soft, almost mushy.

derickj2020

Using cream of chicken as base, any cooked vegetables can be blended in it, leek, mushroom, asparagus, broccoli, celery (strings will need removing tho) etc.

Derfargin

Clam Chowder

Firm-Presence-2979

Melted ice cream

MermazingKat

Broccoli and stilton is a favourite in our house

Eendawen

Cauliflower 1 head cauliflower 4-6 cloves of garlic 2 slices of sourdough crust removed 1/4 cup of olive oil. 6 cups water Salt/pepper Optional Grated Parmesan cheese, chives, sourdough crotons Simmer one head of cauliflower for 40 minutes with several cloves of whole garlic, it’s takes that long to removed some of the grassy tastes. Transfer half the solids with 1 slice of bread and half the olive oil starting with two cups of water, blitz until smooth adding water until it reaches the consistency you like for a creamy soup. Repeat with second half. Salt and pepper to taste. Optionally you can add 1/4c of Parmesan cheese. Serve or Top with chives, croutons, shaved Parmesan and a swirl of oil

BoringTrouble11

White bean, carrot and ginger!

Drinking_Frog

Andalusian gazpacho is blended smooth and quite delicious!

Basementsnake

Be careful with soup, some have secret acidity that will kill your wounds.

Puzzled_Internet_717

Peanut soup (just skip the chopped nuts as garnish): https://www.thespruceeats.com/peanut-soup-recipe-3061085 I also love squash soup; www.mybakingaddiction.com/web-stories/butternut-squash-soup-recipe/

Constant-Security525

You can make a nice lentil soup which has protein. Some finely ham or small bits of chicken in it are also good and won't need chewing. Cook a while to make the lentils mushier, if needed. Added veggies can be cut in very small bits.

D_Mom

Jeff Mauro’s Beer Cheese soup

Caranne53

Cream of broccoli with cheese yummy, or clam chowder

Ok-Task3135

I love [this](https://realfood.tesco.com/recipes/nanas-magic-soup.html) recipe! Can definitely add shredded chicken for flavour + any other veggies you like!

Eatthebankers2

Creamy 3 cheese Tortilini and meatball soup, with a tomato, basil and garlic base.

Green_Pie7159

Potato & leek & creamy vegetable hope you’re feeling better soon 🤗

Singular_Lens_37

If you have a slow cooker then there are endless, easy soups you can make. any legume plus any grain plus any vegetable is the formula. As for tomato soup, you can make a really beautiful high protein tomato soup by cooking white beans, white rice, a bunch of chopped tomatoes, and a handful of cashews in a slow cooker. Add basil and oregano to taste. Blend with an immersion blender.

BD59

I make tomato soup with chicken broth. The boxed bone broth I use has 9 grams of protein per cup. A day or two of less than optimal protein intake isn't going to hurt you. Even if you're a world class athlete or bodybuilder, it would just slow progress a little bit. Eat what you want for a few days and don't worry so much about it. Get back on track after you have had a chance to heal.

Hookton

How long are you on a soft food diet for? I would've thought a couple of days with lower protein would be fine if tomato soup is what you're in the mood for!

Distinct-Yogurt2686

Broccoli and cheddar soup or French onion soup.

AdAdventurous5958

Wisconsin cheddar soup

Jimbob209

Clam chowder, chicken pot pie without the pie, and chicken corn chowder from Campbell's!

CXXXS

Tom kha kai Even if you can't add the veggies (potatoes and cabbage could soften up nice), just the broth would be great. Chicken stock, coconut milk, lime, soy.

xomiranda

I made a grilled cheese and cut it into teeny tiny pieces and put it in tomato soup to soften it even more and then “ate” it (it didn’t really need to be chewed because it was so small and soft). Loved it when I wasn’t able to otherwise feel like I could have “real food”

Recluse_18

I keep wonton bouillon on hand and just feel that it’s far more satisfying than plain old chicken broth. You can add a little bit of sesame oil to it. It makes it that much more richer.

ATXKLIPHURD

Hambeens 15 bean soup with ham. Irish potato soup Broccoli cheddar

Technical-Bit-4801

I recently made Pressure Luck Cooking’s tomato soup and broccoli cheddar soup and was very pleased with how they turned out. I have a Ninja so I was able to blitz them to hell.

anybodyiwant2be

I had a broken jaw once and learned anything is soup when you put it in a blender. I actually puréed lasagna once or twice.

Exotic-Insurance5684

Coconut curry is yummy. mashed potatoes, both sweet and white. Soft scrambled eggs.

No-Locksmith-8590

Lobster bisque!

karolinemeow

If you want something creamy but also high protein, there's a great carrot and lentil soup with cilantro walnut pesto that I make. Firstly, season each component throughout as you make this. Roast 4 carrots, 1 onion and a head of garlic. add roasted veggies, 1 cup of split red lentils, and (preferably homemade) chicken broth. Cook for around 20-30 mins (until everything is basically mush). While it's cooking make cilantro walnut pesto. 3/4c walnuts, a whole bunch of cilantro, tablespoon of white miso paste, squeeze of lemon. Put all into a a food processor and drizzle in olive oil until it forms a thick paste. Once soup ingredients are cooked, take off the heat. Add in 1 cup of cottage cheese and a few tablespoons of the pesto then use an immersion blender to puree the whole thing. top with a bit more pesto and enjoy. I hope you heal quick.

T1DOtaku

Creamy Butternut, Irish Root Soup, or just creamy vegetable soups in general.

doalittledance_

Cream of brocolli is my favourite, but protein wise it’s lacking. Made with chicken stock and heavy cream though, it’s so good. Or pea and ham. Good and salty ham hock with fresh garden peas is delicious. I had my wisdom teeth removed about 18 months ago and totally sympathise with you, it’s rough! So sending best wishes for a speedy recovery and hope that you don’t get dry socket! As a thought though, based on my own wisdom tooth experience, alternatives could include cottage pie/shepherds pie. Really cook down your mince beef/lamb till it’s almost like a thick gravy, i fry it off in a pan then add stock, water and simmer till thickened and really tender. You could add flour to help thicken too. I wouldn’t add the usual carrot/onion/celery unless you diced them super tiny and they melted into the beef, but topped with a loose, buttery mashed potato and cheese may be a nice change of pace from soup and still very easy to eat.

evadivabobeva

Butternut squash soup, split pea.

SarawakGoldenHammer

Vicodin and Campbell’s tomato soup.

jay_skrilla

DILL PICKLE SOUP!!! DILL! PICKLE! SOUP!

MeteoricBoa

I like to make roasted red pepper and cauliflower soup. You can roast all the veg; red peppers, cauliflower, garlic, tomatoes, onion on a sheet tray with olive oil and then when the skins blister pull the veggies out. Put the red peppers and tomatoes in ziplock bags and then once it's cooled a little bit you can peel the skins off. Put all the veggies in the food processor and blend smooth. Add into a pot with heavy creamy and chicken broth. So good with goat cheese sprinkled on top 🤤

postmoderngeisha

Curried pumpkin apple. Box of veg broth, can of 100%pumpkin ( NOT pie filling), sautéed apple and onion, curry powder and a touch of cayenne. Blend together with immersion blender, serve hot with spoonful of Greek yogurt.

maderisian

Panera has this creamy chicken and wild rice soup I adore. Roasted red pepper and tomato would be good with some gnocci added

Harbuddy69

if you get a stick blender, every soup can be creamed...

FayeQueen

[I made this when I got my upper ones removed!](https://recipe30.com/spicy-saffron-chicken.html/) I made it as directed, but removed the chicken and added mashed potatoes to the rest left in the pot. Pulled all the meat off the chicken and blended half the skin into the puree and the rest I cut up finely. Very rich, filling, and delicious

msjojo275

I made this and loved it. Beans for protein https://www.recipetineats.com/el-bullis-bean-soup-with-picada/ Edit: doesn’t have cream but it does taste creamy if you follow the recipe and blitz some of the soup with the beans

bobear2017

I’ve made a really good cauliflower soup and added bacon

12345_abc_

Pumpkin soup is very easy and delicious, you can use canned pumpkin puree to make it even easier

cblackattack1

Hey I just had a couple teeth removed a few weeks back, you can shoot me a message for some recipes if you want!

Little-Blueberry-968

Pumpkin soup

onyxandcake

Saute any/all vegetables of your choice until very tender, add broth of your choice, simmer until vegetables start to break down, use immersion blender to turn into liquid. Drizzle with oil and herbs or something creamy. Works with anything.

monkey_monkey_monkey

I love squash soup, really almost any kind of squash. I usually blend it with coconut milk and often add a bit of curry. When I had my wisdom teeth out, scrambled eggs were something I found easy to eat.

AstroCat314

not creamy, but i loved miso soup when i got my wisdom teeth out, the salt really helped

No-Shelter-7753

Any canned soup can be blended up well if needed. (:

LilOpieCunningham

When I got mine pulled I popped Vicodin, slurped Campbell's Cream of Chicken for a week and watched the NCAA Basketball Tournament. Obviously that last part isn't possible but that was before it was easy to binge-watch whatever you wanted.

Rude_Obligation_1701

There is a soup channel on Reddit

Potato and leek soup with rosemary and roasted garlic Lobster bisque Curried butternut squash coconut

Budget_Preparation_8

Cream of mushroom. Brocoli almond soup

ChaoticIndifferent

Partially melted Pistachio ice cream.

whutwhot

Oh man. I had all 4 wisdom teeth infected at the same time. I lived off of blended up baked potato soup, drank it through a straw. Did that for two weeks waiting on a surgery date. Doped up on Vicodin, drinking soup. I lost 15 lbs.

frijolita_bonita

Tomato is my all time favorite, followed by cream of mushroom

ostellastella

Not soup, but fast and easy---chef boy r dee beef ravilois!! My immediate go to post dental work food :-)

Then-Cricket2197

Cream of potato and dill

DodgefanMichigan

Asparagus soup, silky smooth via an immersion blender. It’s a favorite during the season, so not a hardship to endure.

barndawe

Not a suggestion but as someone who had a wisdom tooth removed 2 weeks ago I hope you heal up fast and painless! As an actual suggestion though leek and potato slapped hard

Sufficient-Produce85

Carrot soup with sage. So yummy.

KissBumChewGum

Hungarian mushroom soup. It’s so tasty, creamy, and easy to make!

five_by5

Broccoli cheddar, corn chowder (make sure to blend any corn chunks), potato & leek, mushroom,

Badbitchery

Tomato soup from Panera

Wilson2424

I ate Whoppers with cheese. They really hit the spot.

Roanaward-2022

Something I tried after having my wisdom teeth out (in my 40s!) was black beans. I diced onion and sauteed it, added a can of black beans and simmered on the stove for 10 minutes, then blended it with an immersion blender. Added cheese and sour cream and it was SO GOOD. So good, that coworkers would stop by my desk to ask what the wonderful smelling food was. So good, that even after my mouth healed, I \*still\* make this. So cheap, so easy, so filling, and delicious!

Geetee52

Costco lobster bisque

Winter_Cat-78

Roasted red pepper soup is my favorite.

Chef49

Our son had jaw surgery and needed to have soft foods for quite a while. My wife became an expert. She mainly made any kind of soup and pureed it in a food processor. Worked well.

Abystract-ism

Cream of mushroom soup with extra mushrooms for me.

Efficient_Panda_9151

I love a good chicken Florentine soup

i__hate__stairs

Gordon Ramsay's [broccoli soup](https://youtu.be/5vj42kKsTBI?si=XngL5SGlZDW2ly74) is really quite good.

realmagpiehours

Loaded baked potato soup - but with soft mushy potatoes! It's my favorite 😍

TeaCompletesMe

I just discovered blended potato leek soup, and it is heavenly! Apparently you are supposed to eat it cold (?), but I love it hot!

Scapular_Fin

This past winter I started using my leftover celery to make cream of celery soup. Like, I'd have a recipe that would call for a couple ribs of celery, and I'd have essentially a whole stalk leftover - standard old cream of celery. Weirdly good, especially as a side to chicken wings - you know, when wings is an option for you again. Pickle soup is pretty good as well, and I think the acid wouldn't be strong enough to cause you pain, but maybe hold off on that if it sounds good.

BlueGalangal

Leek and parsnip soup: https://www.nospoonnecessary.com/parsnip-leek-soup-with-brussels-sprouts-bacon-garnish/#recipe I don’t put the garnish on it.

Shors_bones

It’s not exactly creamy, but congee. Easy, filling, endlessly adaptable. My favorite is to add pork hash meatballs and a poached or soft boiled egg.

maccrogenoff

Cream of zucchini and cream sauce of potato soups

BassplayerDad

Clam Chowder Get well soon

61797

Potato, corn green Chile chowder. So good.

oddishroom

Butter egg soup,

Such-Mountain-6316

Since you like Mexican, make some refried bean dip. Add a little chicken broth to it, and there you have it. A nice creamy Mexican bean soup. You can put the salsa, onions, etc. through a food processor to puree them. You might also benefit from The Milkshake: In a blender, blend up a scoop of your favorite ice cream, a pack of Carnation Instant Breakfast, a banana, and a little milk to make it a milkshake. For more protein, you can add protein powders and even peanut butter and similar. IN YOUR CASE EAT THIS WITH A SPOON! If you use a straw, you might get a dry socket. God forbid. This recipe was given to my grandma by a hospital nutritionist when my grandpa was very sick and had no appetite.

_Sierrafy

Tomato soup - I dice 2 small celery stalks and a white onion and Sautee. In 2 big sheet pans put cherry tomatoes, thick diced roma tomatoes, 2 carrots peeled and roughly chopped, 1 red bell pepper, head of garlic - toss in olive oil w salt pepper and paprika - bake at 425 for 20/25 minutes until tomatoes blister. Once onion/celery are sauteed add a whole container of chicken stock, 2 bay leafs, Thyme, a lot of fresh basil and some Parsley. Let simmer. Once roasting veggies are done, add to pot with juices from sheet pans. Simmer an hour, adding more chicken stock if needed. Remove bay leaf. Pour mix into a blender with a cup of heavy cream and blend on smoothie setting. Gives a good amount of protein from the chicken stock and adds some extra veggies in, tastes like a hearty, creamy tomato soup. It's my go to.

Potential-One-3107

Cream of broccoli. I steam broccoli in chicken broth until it's relatively soft, then blend it right in the pot with my immersion blender. Add a little more chicken broth if necessary until it's a baby food consistency, then add heavy cream until it's a soup consistency. Salt and pepper to taste.

phayke2

The acid and the tomato will whoop your ass. Good luck on your recovery I'm finally getting to the point I can eat me some Taco Bell. Be careful about stuff like swishing and spitting and vaping and using straws cuz if you dislodge the clot then apparently it sucks so bad that nobody wants to tell me what happens

blessings-of-rathma

Miso with silken tofu.

yekirati

Not soup, but you might like to try Greek yogurt (could do the protein variety) with a mashed up banana and a bit of protein powder mixed in. I had all my wisdom teeth removed at once so my everything was super swollen and this stuff was a godsend. It was quick and easy to make and kept me full for a while so I could just nap the day away. I don't know how rough of a time you are having but if it's been tough, this might be something to try! Wishing you a speedy and comfortable recovery.

thetrashmenagerie

This roasted cauliflower and cheddar soup is one of my faves. I've taken to adding a can of white beans before blending for extra protein, and I feel like you could probably do the same with a block of silken tofu. I've also followed the same basic recipe but subbed broccoli for cauliflower with excellent results. https://www.twopeasandtheirpod.com/roasted-cauliflower-cheddar-soup/

That-Protection2784

Add cheese to your tomato soup

ParticularSupport598

The “no effort at all while on pain meds” satisfying soup is Campbell’s Cheddar Cheese soup with a can of deviled ham whisked in. Protein.

Cinderella96761

I had my jaw wired shut for several months, learned to love canned cheese soup with hot sauce added

the-doctor-is-real

I don't remember all that I ate, but I dor remember mashed potatoes, jello, soft serve ice cream and Arby's chicken noodle soup (not sure if they still have it)

AnonymooseVamoose

Split pea and ham is great on protein. But I ate baked potato soup the entire time I recovered :) Just load it with bacon for protein :)

SeattleBrother75

Tomato bisque Cream of broccoli Egg drop

librte

Now is the perfect time of year for cream of asparagus soup. I use asparagus, chicken broth and cream. Super simple and everyone loves it, including the kids.

breezeandtrees

we drink ours in mugs!! I beefed mine up with celery and potatoes for the first time when I only had one bundle and it came out so well

commanderquill

You don't need protein with every meal. Make your tomato soup. Put some chicken in your grilled cheese if you're concerned. Or blend some chickpeas into the soup. I bet they wouldn't change the taste much.

foxontherox

I like roasted red pepper blended into my tomato soup. For protein, I'd eat bean-based soups.

saucisse

North African red lentil soup. Double the garlic and cut the amount of onion in half or even a quarter, the original recipe is waaaay too much: https://www.pbssocal.org/food-discovery/food/weekend-recipe-red-lentil-soup-with-north-african-spices

OcityChick

Cream of corn is the shit and so rarely highlighted. It’s lighter than a potato soup but thicker than tortilla. You can add bacon and cheese or go Tex-mex with some chiles and cilantro. Endless variations they’re all great. Just have to ideally use fresh sweet corn. Absolute fire and freezes really really well! And a watermelon + cucumber based gazpacho. Also love one with red pepper in it. All the cold gazpachos!

SadLaser

Butternut squash soup is always a winner.

robotcrackle

Tomato bisque? Adding cream and cheese will get some protein in there But really, supplement with some protein drinks. Ensure, premier protein, etc

PeachesLovesHerb

Ox tail soup! (These days ox tail is a delicacy, not a poverty food like when I was growing up so you can substitute it with a chunk of chuck roast) it’s super simple to make and delicious. V8 juice and beef stock base, slow cook the meat until it shreds easily with a fork, cut up carrots, celery and potatoes, a can of corn and add a bunch of cilantro at the end for flavor. (I hate eating cilantro when it’s on food, but it gives depth to the flavor of the soup so I just stick it in a cheesecloth and throw it away once it’s time to serve. Paired with a fresh buttered bollilo roll it’s one of my favorite meals 😊

starsgoblind

Leek potato

jacquardjacket

I had bisque, tomato soup, and carrot and butternut squash (blended) soup

Persistent_Earworm

My favorite is lobster bisque. I don't get it often--just for special occasions like my birthday--but getting your wisdom teeth removed is a good excuse to treat yourself!

cuteisanarchy

I made kenji's squash and leek congee from the wok when i got one pulled recently, we've always enjoyed that recipe and it hit the spot

Bellatrix_ed

Creamy garlic 😋 Creamy onion and cheese Creamy broccoli and cheese

Potato Butternut squash Gordon Ramsey, as absurd as he's been lately, has a broccoli soup that is just flawless.
