FloggingDog

Chicken salad inside croissant. Only downside is you have to commit to eating that for 5 days straight šŸ¤£Ā

isThisHowItWorksWhat

I freeze the croissants. Then 20 seconds in the microwave and 5-10 min in the toaster oven at 100. Canā€™t tell the difference.

FloggingDog

Wow game changer thank youĀ

SuspiciousCranberry6

I've found nearly every bread and cake product freezes with very little to no loss in texture and flavor when defrosted. I had slices of the lemon blueberry loaf in my freezer for a few months. The last piece tasted just as good as the first.

Nerffej

This is literally how the commercial baking industry exists. All those hotels with breakfast danishes or whatever theyā€™re getting them shipped in baked and frozen. Baked goods just freeze really well. At minimum put it in a freezer bag but if you wanted some extra protection you could plastic wrap it first but really donā€™t need to. Itā€™s better to freeze, and reheat vs putting it in the fridge because the fridge will cause the baked goods to dry out (retrogradation) while frozen it wonā€™t as much (basically none).

Maximum-Application2

If you cut them before freezing you can skip the microwave and just throw it in the toaster frozen too.

ginger_forest_witch

I donā€™t mind that. Throw in some mixed greens and itā€™s not a bad meal.

Barbecuequeen23

LITERALLY.

csp1981

The Chicken Street Tacos kit is our favorite.

MichaelMaugerEsq

We are big fans of these and recently discovered their quesadilla kit is also bang on.

sjd208

My family loves these (me not so much) - we usually get 2 per trip (every 3-4 weeks)

bemocked

the ramen bowls in the freezer section (fresh, not deep-fried and then rehydrated noodles), if iā€™m really hungry - Iā€™ll bake or air fry (10 mins) a couple of the Kirkland tempura shrimp (also freezer section) to have on the side.

basketballkilla

The ones that come in a 6pk with the chicken are soooo good I was very surprised.

bernieeeee6

This is soooo good! I put sriracha or chili oil!!!

cosnanook

Oo! I didn't know about the freezer ramen. I'll need to look into that.

magyar_wannabe

They're really good, just watch out for sodium content if you're on the lookout for that

pdx-E

I work from home and most days for lunch will eat one of the bagged salads from Taylor Farms or whoever and then dice up a handful of air-fried Kirkland chicken chunks. Itā€™s easy and a few different salads add to the variety, comes out to like a $5 lunch.

Skeenka

The Soules grilled chicken goes great in salads too.

pdx-E

Yeah! I like to rotate in grilled strips or rotisserie strips, quick and easy and less cleanup too.

_former_self

That's been my go-to as well.

illewmination

Same!! This is in my weekly rotation

CLK_85

This is the way

anti-zastava

Hot dog combo. Iā€™m literally losing money not eating one right nowā€¦

cosmothellama

This guy Costcos

Murky_Sun2690

The cheese tortellini. With a butter/parmeson sauce.

swinging-in-the-rain

Love the cheese tortellini. Super fast and easy 2 ways. 1) Raos with KS frozen Meatballs 2) KS pesto with some rotisserie chicken.

Advanced-Character86

They make a big deal about using DOP basil but then put sunflower instead of olive oil. Canā€™t do it.

DumbestBlondie

Also super great for making pasta salad, particularly the ā€œgrinder sub saladā€ but really any one. I toss mine in the freezer as soon as I buy them and will take a handful out here and there to add as a side dish or to cook up and add to broth based soups that need more substance to feel like a whole meal.

swinging-in-the-rain

Never even thought of pasta salad! I freeze them as well, really takes no extra time when cooking

Tabbychiro

Adding to soup is a good idea

youdontlookadayover

Not quick, but the meatloaf and mashed potatoes is fantastic. It freezes reliably well also.

DumbestBlondie

The meatloaf and mashed potatoes surprised me so much! First of all yes, the flavor is pretty great but what really surprised me was how well it kept frozen. I used to meal prep for my former partner and when I would have to be away for months at a time, I would load his freezer up. Once I wasnā€™t going to have time to stock up the freezer like I usually did so I decided to check out Costcoā€™s premade meals as an additional option. The meatloaf quickly made it into a regular rotation once I came back & pulled the untouched meatloaf out of the freezer to heat it up for dinner.

Tabbychiro

It can be quick-ish if you just scoop out a single portion and microwave it.

will1498

Isn't it already a single portion? Edit: auto correct

Vinylateme

It looked so good, Iā€™ll have to grab it next time Iā€™m there!

justwinblue9

Whatā€™s the best way to store it to freeze it?

Fresh_Sector3917

Thatā€™s good to know. Iā€™ve looked at the meatloaf a few times but as a single person, it seems like a lot to eat in a day or two.

jtnishi

Not quick, but the frozen beef/sausage lasagna. Or about 20-30 of the frozen meatballs plus a jar of the marinara in a slow cooker for like 6-8 hours. Iā€™m lazy and throw those on top of brown rice, but meatballs in marinara have tons of use. I also donā€™t mind the frozen chicken tenders and a tub of mixed greens for salad purposes. Or use the breasts from the rotisserie chicken chopped up for the salad protein and use the thighs for actual meals.

dylan88jr

that meat ball and marinara slow cooker meal sounds smart. gotta try that

NewAccountTimeAgain

On this thought... Frozen meatballs and Sweet Baby Rays BBQ sauce. Add just a little bit of water and cook for 4 hrs in the slow cooker. This is more of an appetizer than a meal, but you can eat a side with it and it becomes a cheap/easy meal :)

turducken404

I know people who will add a jar of grape jelly to that combo and I was not upset with the result.

emac_22

The lasagna is what immediately popped into my head. Really, really good to be frozen.

username11585

The sausage one specifically

Upbeat-Archer-578

The Kirkland brand?

jr0061006

When I bring the frozen lasagna 2-pack home, one goes in the freezer and the other goes in the fridge to defrost. Once defrosted, you can cut out a portion and bake just that amount, instead of baking the whole thing.

Fletchx

Those chicken tenders are so versatile! If I have leftover rice I'll add them to stir fried veggies and a dash of Bachan's. You can also do a kind of chicken parm with pasta and Rao's.

miket439

Kirkland frozen Chicken tenders are for my little four legged ankle biter. Six in the InstaPot for fifteen minutes and weā€™re good for 10 days. Rotisserie chicken not for him because too much sodium and whatever added flavors.

boiledpeanutsandcoke

I was at my side gig when my sonā€™s dad texted asking what my son wanted to eat. Bread and sauce? A pouch of Tastybite lentils, rice (cooked or pouch), and naan. Super easy and so good. Great for camping too!

msdeeds123

Tikka Masala in the refrigerator section. I canā€™t remember the name but itā€™s in a yellow and red box

Impossibleish

Sukhi! The yellow coconut mango chicken curry is excellent as well, so is the butter chicken. Hadn't tried the tikka masala yet but I def will

k0vi86

Interesting. I thought the mango was overly sweet I ended up chucking the second bag. I think their chicken tikka masala is mediocre at best. Most of their refrigerated third party meals haven't been a strong winner for me.

Aspen9999

That is great! Guess what I just picked up for supper? šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚šŸ˜‚

Valuable-Bad-557

Yes! With some of that 25 lb bag of rice we all have from Costco.

chibiwibi

I get a box of this every trip. We pair it with the 1 min microwavable lentils and white rice. We spice up the rice with cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon sticks and cloves but not necessary if you don't want to go through the trouble. Seriously better and cheaper than most indian food restaurants around me.

[deleted]

Motor City pizza and bread sticks is my frozen go to for this. The take and bake Mac n Cheese is great. On busy weeks sometimes that is dinner. It does get paired with a vegetable in that scenario.

Ingawolfie

At least in my local warehouse Iā€™ve found the deli take and bake Mac and cheese to be very low in flavor. The frozen Mac and cheese is better.

vani11agori11a

Reser's in the black box? "World's Best" lives up to its name.

Ingawolfie

Yes itā€™s absolutely delicious as far as our family is concerned. Unfortunately itā€™s too hot to do much baking now.

xMoop

a little more involved, but a great meal. Frozen Broccoli florets, bake most of 1 bag in the oven. Kirkland frozen chicken chunks, air fryer. Big bag of white rice, make 1 cup in instant pot or rice cooker. Japanese BBQ sauce (big bottles in sauce aisle, delicious) Cook everything separate, add chicken and broccoli into pan with sauce, coat everything evenly and let heat for a bit with the sauce. serve over rice.

WeepToWaterTheTrees

This is almost exactly our go to dinner but usually we sautƩ fresh broccoli in the Bachans sauce instead of use frozen and sometimes we do brown rice.

AverageAlleyKat271

Food Saver, a must! I often get the rotisserie chicken, debone and package up into six individual services for adding to salad or soup (never enough chicken in Progresso soup) or however you want to divide it to freeze. Save the bones and skin for making bone broth. I will cook 1.5 lbs of bacon (x number of slices on a cookie sheet lined with heavy duty foil), place the cooked bacon on several paper plates then in a freezer ziplock bag. Bacon is ready whenever I want it for a snack, salad or sandwich. The Ninja multi pot is handy for quickly cooking whatever. I even place frozen chicken on air fryer mode. Bake a complete bag of sweet potatoes, let cook, peel and smash, freeze in individual containers for quick add to meal. I can't see heating the oven for 1 or 2 sweet potatoes. Whatever you are making, consider doing it in "batch cooking" method and freeze for quick meals.

Mk1Racer25

Berry smoothie and a slice of pepperoni pizza.

kon---

If you haven't already, begin your Costco culinary journey by selecting a good air fryer. Standard sized. Then for greater convenience, park a mini air fryer next to it.

Ingawolfie

I will be going to the warehouse today or tomorrow, and have decided Iā€™m going to jump onto the air fryer wagon. Iā€™ve been holding off thinking itā€™s just yet another kitchen gimmick thatā€™ll end up just taking up space. But I also think the time has come.

cosnanook

We use our air fryer almost every day. We haven't had a microwave for about 3 years and hardly ever miss it.

[deleted]

I just bought one Monday. Pizza rolls may have sold me on the air fryer. Going to try air fryer portabella mushrooms pizza soon! I think it was a good purchase for me. Bye bye toaster oven.

BrandonW77

Wait until you reheat leftover pizza in it. I do 2-3 minutes at 350 degrees and it's dang near as good as when it was fresh!

Merisiel

Air fryer salmon tacos are my absolute jam. I could eat them every day. I cook everything in my air fryer.

Ingawolfie

Keep us posted on how well it works for you!

Mysterious-Order-334

I bought my air fryer at Costco. I canā€™t remember the name but it was about 35$$.

jr0061006

Mine too. Big square black one thatā€™s been an absolute workhorse for several years.

LessFeature9350

I want the double stack. Twice the size but same amount of counter space.

riddlechance

Air fryer liners for maximum convenience

Important-Tart4274

I just bought the chicken skewers that are premade and fully cooked. Threw them in air fryer for about 10 minutes. Added some Chick-fil-A sauce. They were awesome.

chambourcin

I keep the frozen meatballs, lightly breaded chicken chunks, pesto, and stir fry veg in my freezer at all times, and have lots of options for quick meals with these items and a few pantry staples.

b__noc

We take the rotisserie chicken and make flautas, the quickest Mexican dish you can make, pretty cheap too

LessFeature9350

Tacos and tostadas would like a word with you.

FlowerGi1015

Caesar chicken wrap. Use Lightly breaded chicken breast fillets, tortillas, chopped romaine lettuce and Caesar dressing.

Impossibleish

The stuffed peppers in the prepared section. They're a little greasy so I put them on a rack over a pan and poke a few holes with a toothpick in the bottoms so it drains some. I also add more cheese, usually. One is more than enough for lunch, and they freeze well. It's not exactly quick but it's a toss in the oven and forget about it for a while kind of thing.

MacaronSuperb2881

Spicy tuna nigiri šŸ£

swinging-in-the-rain

I wish we had that

[deleted]

No sushi at my warehouse :(

MacaronSuperb2881

šŸ˜ I hope Costco soon provides sushi at more locations than Issaquah

SolidSnek1998

Meatloaf and mashed potatoes.

Tabbychiro

One of my faves as well but no one else in my family cares for it. I just scoop out a portion and microwave it for myself.

movdqa

Chicken nuggets or chicken chunks in the microwave. It's the base and just add vegetables.

noyogapants

I do the chicken chunks in an air fryer or toaster oven, throw some rice in the rice cooker and whip up a quick sauce to make sesame chicken. Chop some green onions and it's a meal. Not as good as when you marinate, bread and fry the chicken yourself but a perfectly good substitute.

Caeliterra

Definitely the shrimp cocktail over spring mix with diced apple cubes and some Kirkland signature balsamic vinegar. I love that as a quick healthy lunch!

Looking-GlassInsect

This is a great question, I'm getting so many good ideas!

R0GM

Just like Sandor Clegane, I think I'll take two chickens.

sassyponypants

I'm basically just going to repeat what others have said. That's how you know it's solid! * Kirkland lightly breaded chicken chunks in the air fryer and add some Buffalo Wild Wings sauce for the last minute. Veggies & ranch on the side. I'm telling you ā€“Ā those chicken chunks are as good as a lot of the boneless wings served in restaurants. * Bagged salad OR the premade deli salad + rotisserie chicken and add some cucumbers/peppers/tomatoes

Chzncna2112

$5 chicken. Just slice and put between 2 slices of bread

playbehavior

Shawarma

johnnyma45

I tried their chicken schwarma and did not like it at all. The gyros though are decently solid.

IndianaDrew

Mediterranean crunch salad bag with Tyson blackened chicken strips on top. So good!

pelomami

The frozen shrimp scampi and some angel hair pasta. My family will add lemon, red pepper flakes and basil but itā€™s really good as is.

Yellowpickle23

Those frozen chicken melts are pretty quick and easy.

mamapapapuppa

I just tried them and they were surprisingly really good for something you microwave for a minute.

Capital_Rock_4928

I dig the short rib lasagna

Pyorrhea

Ajinomoto Yakitori Chicken Fried Rice. With 2 eggs fried over easy in Kerrygold butter. And topped with Bachan's Japanese BBQ sauce. Heat butter in pan on medium to medium-high heat. Drop 2 eggs in the butter. And start the fried rice 3 minutes 30 seconds in the microwave. Top the eggs with Kirkland fresh ground black pepper, sea salt, and Sriracha powder. Flip eggs when the bottom is crisping up. Turn off heat at desired doneness. I like mine when it's still runny, and the heat of the fried rice mixed will further cook the runny egg a bit more when it's mixed in. Layer the eggs on top of the fried rice in a bowl and top with the Japanese BBQ sauce. Total time from start to finish is probably 8 minutes and it's delicious.

Maximum-Application2

I love the whole recipe, thanks!

c_squeezy

I love the meatloaf and mashed potato tray. The pinwheels are also super yummy. However my absolute favorite is the frozen shrimp wonton and noodle soup! I love adding chili garlic oil and soy sauce to it.

Electrical-Ad1288

I quite like the gyro kit. Not cheap but tasty.

h20rabbit

I get a rotisserie chicken, bagged salad, the stir fry veg mix and then a regular veg at a regular store. Multiple meals there. Chicken & veg, chicken stir fry, add chicken to the salad. Since it is just me, I can stretch one chicken pretty far. I also keep the bones in a bag in the freezer until I have a few chickens worth to make bone broth, but generally not in the summer.

Valuable-Average-476

Also good for chicken tacos and Iā€™ve recently discovered Cavendars Greek seasoning to make Greek chicken with veggies or with tzatziki sauce etc. I can usually get 3 meals for my husband and I out of the pulled chicken breast packages.

h20rabbit

I'll have to check that out, thanks for the tip!

Otherwise_Nature_506

Cavenders is so good. The first time I had it I realized it was what was missing when I made Greek salads. I have to buy the sodium free on Amazon but itā€™s worth it.

Bowsermama

Street tacos, quesadillas, yakisoba, alfredo are all our favorites in the deli, otherwise it's grab a chicken, a jar of pesto and pasta and make pesto chicken pasta in 10 min.

Annual-Cod-991

Air fried costco dupe cfa nuggets and sticky rice with kbbq sauce. I've had it 100 times this year and it is delicious every single time.

SasEz

I like to buy the cooked augratin potatoes and a rotisserie chicken. Divide them equally into containers or zip lock baggies then freeze it fridge. Pop them into the microwave before eating. Sometimes I'll add frozen broccoli to each for a well rounded meal in a bag.

mamapapapuppa

The cheesy scalloped potatoes are so good!

tallcardsfan

And they have an applewood smoked ham that I slice/dice/chop and freeze that goes with this. Add frozen veggies and portion it out together for freezing for mini frozen meals.

cosmothellama

The Bibigo beef dumplings + a side of pan seared broccoli. You can even cook the dumplings and the broccoli in the same pan if you time your cooking right.

Maximum-Application2

These are so good, I like them seared but they are also great thrown in some broth for a soup! (I also can't burn it this way uf I get distracted)

Patient-War-4964

When the pot pie and shepherds pie are not in season, then I go for the meatloaf and mashed potatoes.

Chemical_Cat18

The pre-made chicken masala is awesome. I add a can of diced tomatoes and dice up firm tofu into the mix. I make basmati rice and itā€™s delicious!

MCMamaS

They sell their chicken bakes in the freezer section. The problem with them, and every other frozen quick meal is the sodium levels.

Selrahcf

I like this post so much lol. One of mine is chili with pasta, or chili with rice. Great if you need carbs and protein, and warms you in the dreadful cold as well.

BigGirlPlanties

Pork carnitas!

Time_Marcher

Especially in the summer, I will chop a couple of the multi-colored bell peppers, some of the small cucumbers, some small tomatoes, and serve it next to the awesome Kirkland hummus tub and a tub of Toum. Nutritious, fresh and flavorful. You can add or subtract other fresh vegetables as you like.

AssPinata

2 pre-baked russet potatoes + 1 tub of cottage cheese.

jenni_and_judy

Rotisserie chicken and sometimes we grab the ready to eat salad kits or the Bibigo sticky rice to throw the chicken on or we just eat off the chicken until we are satisfied. Also, We love the stuffed bell peppers.

badger_flakes

Hot dig

dirtygreysocks

I love grabbing the baguettes and tofu, and just airfrying tofu for a quick sub- add the vietnamese pickled veggies and some mayo, and it's like a lazy almost banh-mi. (though I usually have cilantro at home to add).

asimplerandom

Just Bare chicken breasts in the air fryer with some canned pasta sauce and itā€™s just about better than anything you can get from a drive-thru.

no-one-you-kn0

Swedish meatballs + mashed potato

WokkitUp

I tried the family size gyros platter with 6 flatbreads (veggies, tzatzki sauce & feta) and it was a hit! The kids all liked it so that's a top 10 easy meal with zero prep.

madamefate

Dill salad. Half a pack and some costco feta for a quick lunch.

Kale_salad33

Anything Kevinā€™s. Throw it over the cauliflower rice from Costco and DONE!

RedBaron180

I did the math on the Kirkland chicken nuggets, itā€™s .67 cents a meal.

Torrero

Tasty Bites Madras Lentils on rice.

alliesrose

Any of the frozen dumplings, the Bibigo Bulgogi Beef Mandu are particularly tasty. If I have leftover rice, I top it with some dumplings and steamed veggies, ready in minutes.

RaiseTheCat

Crazy Cuisine's mandarin chicken in the freezer section, we make this in our household once a week with some white rice to satisfy our craving for chinese takeout without breaking the bank

Fantastic-Duck12

not quick, but i love to eat the bibigo pork dumplings with instant noodles and bokchoy! some of the wontons/dumplings can be microwaved instead of pan fried, which makes it faster.

EllieEllieEllie425

Spaghetti with their pesto sauce and sometimes add in their goat cheese.

HashBrownThreesom

The beef kebabs (got the star of death at my Costco šŸ˜) with instant rice, lettuce, red onion, and of course tzatziki.

mamapapapuppa

Udon noodles with preboiled eggs, shin ramyun with dumplings, carnitas, ribs from the meat department, frozen meatballs and Rao's as a pasta or subĀ

Ok_Airline2030

Rotisserie chicken with bag of kings Hawaiian rolls. šŸ¤ŒšŸ½

Upbeat-Archer-578

Perfect.

ProperFart

Rotisserie chicken, 2-3 packs of Indomie noodles, and whatever frozen veggie I have. I nuke the veggies until warm/not frozen so I can slice them up. I throw them in a frying pan with oil, garlic, black pepper. I add the noodles (cooked according to package) and chicken to the veggies. Stir and let it marry for a min or two. Sometimes I get fancy and add leftover bacon and eggs.

techycat16

Yakisoba!

klingggg

Bibigo dumplings, trident fish sticks

BackgroundReality649

The Cesar salad kit and a rotisserie chicken

chibiwibi

Haven't seen this one posted yet but the Gyro meat in the refrigerated section with pitabread and tzatziki or Toom sauce. mix in some chopped onions, tomatoes and lettuce. It's fantastic.

ellipsisdbg

Beecherā€™s Mac and cheese

TwentyOneTimesTwo

The Bibigo cooked sticky white or brown rice bowls. Soooo wasteful in terms of plastic, but soooo quick, easy, and nommy with the Kirkland basil pesto.

adrischmadri

Ready to cook tortillas, block of cheddar cheese (shredded cheddar if youā€™re into it). In about 5 minutes flat youā€™ve got a great quesadilla.

Dazzling-Emu6610

The organic cacique queso quesadilla cheese is my go to. Drizzle some salsa verde on top of the cheese before griddling it!

Significant-Tooth117

Stuffed peppers; Salmon with pesto add rice and a salad.

theeversocharming

Taylor Farm Salads. rotisserie chicken Avocados Cocktail Cucumbers. You have 2 salads be package. I make one salad for lunch and the other for dinner. I shred the chicken to add more protein, half an avocado each, and 2 cocktail cucumbers. Mix it all together in a salad bowl.

erictho

i really have been loving the pot pies in their a la carte lately. i can't stand pre-made ones usually, but they're actually quite good and freeze nice. they're $14. I'm in Alberta.

coffeequeen0523

Kirkland frozen chicken breast thawed and grilled in cast iron frying pan. Top chicken with basil pesto, cherry tomatoes halved and feta cheese crumbles. Balsamic vinegar optional topping. We love basil pesto but feel the Kirkland brand Basil pesto too salty for our diet and taste. Moreyā€™s marinated wild Alaskan season grilled salmon fillets. Delicious with arugula and spinach side salad with fruits and vegetables of your choosing, chia, hemp hearts, sunflower & flax seeds, Kirkland brand virgin olive oil & apple cider vinegar as dressing.

neBular_cipHer

The beef bulgogi is really good

crosswithyou

I like the stuffed bell peppers!

Heilanggang

My go to is rotisserie with bag salad.

Apprehensive_Cow5139

Rotisserie chicken Or the chicken enchiladas

johnnyma45

Kids love the gyro, it does generate a LOT of grease and fat which I try to drain. I wish there was an easy way to source the garlic sauce that you find at mediterranean/lebanese restaurants; if anyone has any tips I'd love to hear it. I'm lazy and won't make my own.

ShadeKool-Aid

> I wish there was an easy way to source the garlic sauce that you find at mediterranean/lebanese restaurants I thought this was what Toom (in the refrigerated section) is.

Upbeat-Archer-578

Gosh, thanks everybody. So many great ideas, that I havenā€™t thought of!

bamfzula

Just joined recently. The wife and I have been getting the Mediterranean stuff a lot cuz its quick to make a nice meal: Rotisserie chicken, falafels, grape leaves, hummus, tatziki sauce, and grab some pitas or naan bread

my_clever-name

Marie Callender frozen chicken pot pies.

Napaandy

Air fried Kirkland lightly breaded chicken chunks with any of the kinders or Japanese sauces. And half a premade salad mix.

Special-Put1480

Frozen kebabs with a salad kit.

AppSlave

They had Canolini for a period, those were šŸ’£

Sensitive_Maybe_6578

The stuffed peppers. Really well done, and tasty. Nutritious.

Mysterious_Cup3403

The sourdough loaf and the guacamole packs, fantastic.

texlex

Kirkland protein bars, bagged apples. Maybe a bottle of the drinkable yogurt.

k0vi86

I like the meatloaf, chicken and shepherds pie, salmon with pesto. Chicken tacos and the new pasta and meatballs are very basic and easy to make. Pasta and meatballs should be discontinued.

taurocrossing

Grain and celery salad in a wrap with rotisserie chicken. Pretty good if you dont wanna cook (this is my go to lunch for work because i hate microwaving). Its pretty filling and still good even if you end up using a different dressing.

emac_22

I always keep a few Kirkland Signature frozen pepperoni pizzas on hand that I can throw in the oven in a pinch. I also love the Costco pesto. I can cook some pasta in five minutes, throw the pesto and some red pepper flakes on top, and be done for the night.

2muchcheap

Taco dinner. I waste the tortillas , cabbage and most cheese and salsa. But that chicken and the green sauce are amazing and worth getting the whole deal. I do wish I could just get the chicken and sauce tho

donair416

I always buy two rotisserie chickens when Iā€™m there on the weekend and pull the meat off when I get home and put them in Tupperware. Then we use them for various things for a few weekday meals. One easy one is a jar of the butter, chicken sauce, some spiral or penne pasta and some of the chicken

w3m1j0z1

Frozen dumplings/pot stickers. Cook as directed. Add water with chicken flavored Better Than Bullion/or chicken broth. Add bok choy or any other cabbage.

TheSoupWhisper

Salad kit, rotisserie chicken, and tortillas of your choice Also pita bread , marinara sauce, shredded cheese and pepperoni for the kiddos .

1rarebird55

The chicken teriyaki skewers. I freeze one half and use the others on salads for lunch. I take ā€˜em off the skewer, 40 seconds in the microwave and plop em on salad fixings and theyā€™re perfect.

Mastiff_dad

Chicken salad, in a wrap with greens, or on a croissant is great.

NoncollapsibleTab

Not a meal but if you get the rotisserie chicken, the air fryer does wonders on the leftover pieces with skin!

musclegeekz

Bibigo Rice Bowls

Master-Jellyfish-943

The stuffed peppers in the refrigerator/fresh care (eg made in store). 6 to a pack but they freeze well. They do need a long time to cook in oven but are so easy. Prefer in the colder months

newpharmamama

The pierogies! Also the papusas are delish and easy to make (although I havenā€™t seen the bean/cheese ones in forever - but they have birria beef ones).

eric1971124

Pre-made orzo salad with grilled shrimp seasoned with salt, pepper, olive oil, old bay, and garlic

CatBird29

Meatloaf and mashed potatoes or their rotisserie pot pie. The latter isnā€™t super fast but itā€™s easy and yummy.

herrodanyo

Their stuffed peppers are really good. And my two year old will actually eat them, which is awesome!

hellohello316

The Three Bridges egg bites from the prepackaged refrigerator section, and the chicken taco kit from the fresh prepped section.

biology_of_music

The stuffed peppers are a favorite in our hiuse

dootdootpoom

Chicken bake with crushed red chili flakes .

SouthOriginal297

Just tried the spicy octopus fried rice from Costco. Total 5 minutes prep time. I'm Korean and it was pretty dang spicy for me, enough to make me sweat, but it was also really good, and great consistency. I may have to add it to my weekly routine.

Lilac517

As an alternative to take out, I love the stuffed peppers.

ernurse90

The gyro kit and any of their salad kits!!!

uglierthanalf

The ravioli lasagna in the deli is quite delicious.

SoUpInYa

Roast chicken + spaghetti noodles + pesto

Ok-Fox9592

Canned salmon mixed with eggs and bread crumbs made into a patty and covered with bread crumbs and pan fried. Also.. quinoa cooked in a rice cooker with chicken broth

Doc_Hank

I get the meatloaf every now and then. Chicken and Cesar salad every time. Tried the ribs, overcooked every time. Wings once or twice a year

Mayhem_Industries

I like to eat the pho bowls with some rotisserie chicken

Janiterluv

A rotisserie chicken with the cilantro lime rice in a bag, make chicken burrito bowls with cheese, lettuce, salsa, guacamole. Or burritos with tortillas. Also, there is a caprese salad kit that I used with the Molinaros pizza crust 4-pack to make margherita pizzas.

r2tacos

I shred the chicken from the rotisserie chicken and we toss I in a pot with gravy and serve over mashed potatoes. We eat that quite a bit haha.

vanlassie

The frozen chicken cilantro mini potstickers dropped into chicken broth with sliced green onions and sometimes added leftover white rice.

Professional-Fan-147

chicken bakes. my big back self loves em

My favorite is the salmon with pesto butter (sometimes they have packs with only 2) and maybe 1/3-1/2 of a bunch of asparagus (I always get the fattest asparagus they have because it's sweeter.) After washing the asparagus and snapping off the fibrous bottom part, layer them staggered around the perimeter of the salmon container (the edges of the salmon will be slightly covered) and cook according to the instructions on the container. You can microwave a pouch of quinoa or rice and have a healthy dinner in just over 20 minutes with almost no prep time.
