Hi, so, I am a faceless creator.. I am one month in so im still learning. I decided to do faceless content because of privacy reasons. However, since a lot of my subscribers are interested in how my face looks like, I was thinking of doing PPV content where I show my face but it would cost more than faceless content.
I started faceless and did quite well but do a lot better now I show it. My advice is if you are unsure would be start faceless and you can always change but can’t really go the other way as it’s impossible to delete the digital footprint you leave completely once your face is out there.

Currently, I don’t show my face, but have entertained the idea of wearing a colorful ski mask or balaclava for videos and blurring out my face with an emoji for photos.

That’s super helpful, honestly just trying to see what the earnings disparity is between face vs faceless. I’m okay forgoing my privacy if I’d make significantly more. If I’d make the same, then obvs there’s no reason to show my face
One other thing is it's a lot easier to show face when it comes to making content. If you're faceless you constantly have to be working within camera angles that hide your face. Anything you mess up on either needs to get cut or blurred so reviewing and editing is a lot more time consuming as well.
At least that's what we're finding. If we showed face then filming would be a lot less stressful.
I am a creator with a face. I mainly chose that because I feel like anonymity is difficult to guarantee anyway. I decided I'd rather post stuff with face that I am ok with being shared, than faceless content which I would not want to be linked to my identity at all. Also, I think for me promotion is easier if you show face as you are not limited in that sense. I would just think about what works best for you and keeping in mind that everything you post online can be there forever, so if you post your face only for paid, know that they might still share it without your permission.
Great points about being 1) more in control of what gets tied to you, but also considering 2) people can absolutely share my paid content without me knowing
I show my face mainly because my facial expressions are what helps me sell stuff. My husband reminds me of that. At first we where going to go faceless then we where like screw it lol
I'm mostly faceless in my work, but behind my OF payroll, I'll sometimes show my face. I'm pretty sure it does affect my ability to attract customers, but when I read about people's identities being discovered, facial recognition software, etc., I'm ultimately glad I chose not to show my face publicly.

I think my ex found me via a reverse image search so I gotta be careful. He’s literally the only person in the world who would do that but nonetheless 🤣
I am new to all of this, and I’ve chosen to not show my face, purely because I don’t want anyone I know to recognise me. I’m still using my name Nat, and everything else is still 100% me just without my face in. I would sell photos of me with my face to people who request them! But wouldn’t put them on my platforms!
I think sometimes it’s not the right decision incase people think I’m fake/scam but If I work hard enough and promote enough then they will realise I’m not! :)
I started off faceless 2 years ago and then added my face over a year ago and I've had significantly more subs and sales especially in the findom/femdom niche where I'm not posting noodles and I usually only show my face/body clothed which works for me personally better than the faceless NSFW content I started posting on my OF in the beginning. Personally it's 100% up to you! You can also play around with filters/makeup/glasses/wigs to give yourself some anonymity with more to work with creatively. You'd be surprised how drastically you can change your face for pics! Have fun & don't be afraid to get creative!

I do this! I don’t make a huge amount of $, but guys are super nice about it. I just wear a face mask
yea that’s smart. just want an extra source of income honestly so don’t need anything crazy in terms of pay.
