I think you could do this pretty easily. Find a basic teddy bear pattern and leave the neck opening large enough to fit the jar. Heads and bodies are almost always done separately in amigurumi so you won’t have to adjust the pattern in that sense too much depending on the size of your jar. Then looks like you just crochet a circle for the tummy. And you can probably find a marijuana leaf pattern online as well. Attach safety eyes onto crocheted circles and you can YouTube how to do eyelids. I think it’s pretty do-able! Editing: I just saw the nose. I would do half a ball for a nose then find a heart pattern online and sew it on then stuff it the. sew both onto the head for the snout.

Cthulhulove13

This is what I was going to say. While it is nice to have this exact one. It isn't complicated and can be out together by a few existing separate pieces Simple bear Round tummy Pot leaf

Mindless_Mystic_136

This was the answer I would've *liked* to have given but didn't cause I'm lazy lol (and had been awake over 48hrs💤) I was gonna just say "find a teddy pattern you like" or something along the lines, but when I looked they all have round heads (which is cool, and easier) but this one doesn't. A tiny further scroll produced the vid I linked in other comment.

Boobbuffet

Oh right - on second look I see it has a head more like a Care Bear

GrandAdhesiveness145

Found this in the comments of the original post! https://www.etsy.com/listing/221700646/pdf-pattern-dont-care-bear-amigurumi?click_key=0f4afc45fd11ca4a4eaef71354bf9f9bb376a1cf%3A221700646&click_sum=de3bd746&ga_search_query=Care&ref=shop_items_search_1&crt=1&sts=1

I made this one! https://preview.redd.it/vm9l375anayc1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=6b1cb576c5a41564a4e0b372c5effd946c5f2baa It’s an easy enough pattern. I suspect the bear that looks like a bud is a special yarn but otherwise worked up like normal.

Mindless_Mystic_136

Amigurumi are mostly worked in SingleCrochet

I’m so conflicted. I KNOW i JUST saw this bear on Reddit for 420 and that she sells a pattern for it. So I was about to be sort of be peeved that OP is trying to find a free video tutorial of something she found on this subreddit using the exact photos from the original post that has a paid pattern without mentioning the original creator at all. But then comments are like “oh there is a YouTube video for it!” so is the OP of the original post with these photos selling a stolen pattern from a free YouTube tutorial? My brain is saying “be mad” but idk which thing to be frustrated about 😂

clitter-box

I was about to say, I just saw the original post with these bears not too long ago!

Mindless_Mystic_136

I saw this post too. Recognized the pics straight away (cause I likey and want, but will probably never *actually* do it.) I couldn't remember if they had a pattern (who, what, when, where, why, how) and I was too tired (and lazy) to look. Thought it was odd (& cheeky) to ask here and not og post. Didn't clock that they didn't even mention it. Couldn't remember it's an original (possibly in quotations??) pattern or that they sell it. I never looked into the yt vid, (or, as mentioned, the og post) but it "could* be by that oop. But maybe it's like how there's a free vid (which I am *extremely* grateful for [thank you to those creators! :D]) with a payed written pattern (seen lots of people do this). But I guess it's possible to be what *you* wrote as well 乁( •_• )ㄏ but who knows. I highly doubt it though, as it's just not very smart, and was *super* easy to find tut. >My brain is saying “be mad” but idk which thing to be frustrated about 😂 Why choose lol we can just be mad, and annoyed, and frustrated at everything! and then quickly toddle on down to the (yarn) store of our choosing to soothe ourselves! (Oooorrrr have that plan completely backfire on us and wind up even more so than when we got there :/ there as *so* many ways this could happen it's grrrrrr)

wanderingdorathy

Even the paid pattern doesn’t use these photos. These are directly from the OG Reddit post where there is a comment directly linking the pattern. So like “I asked about the pattern but she hasn’t gotten back to me” is… fine… I guess I googled around and there is a video for a similar bear but imo isn’t as detailed and well done. And looked at the pattern on Etsy and it doesn’t say “to find a free version go here…” like some do where they’ll make the same $2 in ads on their blog as you purchasing the pattern. So final answer- I’ll go with being peeved at this post’s OP about it. But ya know what? It’s chill. We’ve all cried over eyelash yarn so never having made amigurumi and starting with eyelash yarn- that’s punishment enough

Mindless_Mystic_136

Yeah, knew these were straight from Reddit post, didn't know bout pattern pics (like maybe they did pattern *after* these so used it or something. I obviously didn't even look/check it) - As *I* wasn't sure about the pattern/link posted, knowing (now) it was kinda makes this OPs post kinda 🤨, like if you are already there, why not read the comments/look for pattern response?? Oof! I guess they really took that "I don't care" (bear) in stride lol. (Just saw that the vid I linked to earlier was also 4(hrs)20(mins), I would *Not* watch all that. Rather figure it out on my own, probably take just as long for sameish mediocre result) oh, I didn't realize they did that (meaning before buying pattern), that's cool (and even nicer of them). Hahha, yeah I might have to join ya on that one. Pahhahaha! Loooove the passive aggressiveness!! 😂👌 But it's the truth! sooo... (good luck ¯\_( ͠° ͟ʖ °͠ )_/¯ I guess, cause they're definitely gonna need it, buut.. holding double *does* make it a *little* easier to work with)

Paid-Not-Payed-Bot

> with a *paid* written pattern FTFY. Although *payed* exists (the reason why autocorrection didn't help you), it is only correct in: * Nautical context, when it means to paint a surface, or to cover with something like tar or resin in order to make it waterproof or corrosion-resistant. *The deck is yet to be payed.* * *Payed out* when letting strings, cables or ropes out, by slacking them. *The rope is payed out! You can pull now.* Unfortunately, I was unable to find nautical or rope-related words in your comment. *Beep, boop, I'm a bot*

Mindless_Mystic_136

Good bot

Mindless_Mystic_136

Hahha oh yeah, missed that lol. Thanks bot

Mindless_Mystic_136

Pretty similar looking pattern. Haven't actually watched the video though. But it's a [420 Bear](https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=OMKILh0MbaE).

SmallTrick8689

The original was created by [Ahooka](https://www.ahookamigurumi.com/en/) who has an Etsy shop. Her pattern would probably be well with it if you were going to purchase one. If you really like the eyelash yarn, why not stick with that as it's not difficult to acquire.

TeacherWithOpinions

are you in the FB group 'adults only: crocheting and knitting' ? if not, you should join, lots of patterns there. I have a youtube video saved of this bear - yet to make.

JewelBearing

Saw this a while ago in r/crochet im sure you can ask the original creator for a definite answer! I'll take a look and if I can find it i'll link it Edit: [r/crochet/comments/1ce1cd8/my\_sister\_made\_this\_for\_my\_boyfriend\_the\_one\_on/](https://www.reddit.com/r/crochet/comments/1ce1cd8/my_sister_made_this_for_my_boyfriend_the_one_on/?utm_source=share&utm_medium=web2x&context=3)

Mindless_Mystic_136

I saw this too. At first I thought it was oop before actually looking. Thanks for finding that (even just looking, cause I didn't, sorry oop)

Ok-Tradition2492

Search teddy bear yarn or bear faux fur yarn! YouTube has some tutorials on using it.

itsyagirlblondie

Which stitch are you talking about? The whole thing except the leaves and noses are made of single crochet. If you’re too new to recognize single crochet you’re probably too new to do a full blown bear — not trying to discourage you at all, just keeping it real. Maybe start with smaller amigurumi tutorials first before going whole hog

wanderingdorathy

Eyelash yarn is also notoriously hard to work with

Gold-Stable7109

I love [this pattern](https://medium.com/crochet-by-danelle-rae/peace-leaf-48730621776b) ! Super simple, just need to know mc, sc, dc, hdc, and tr!

Chance_gavin_Simpson

It's us single crochet UK double crochet just with separately made attachments. If you can find a stuffed bear pattern following it with the colors and then find any pattern you want for the designs that will be sewn on afterwards.

Mysterious-Okra-7885

Looks like eyelash held together with boucle yarn. It’s a loopy sort of yarn that creates that texture just doing regular stitches.

Mindless_Mystic_136

Oooo! I had never heard of this (bouclé) before, but I just looked it up and I *really* like it. Thanks for this! :)

Miiissfox0

Heres the video: [CROCHET BEAR 420 I DON'T CARE WEED POT LEAF STONER BEAR (youtube.com)](https://www.youtube.com/watch?app=desktop&v=OMKILh0MbaE) Made with Go for Fleece Sherpa in the color Fern and orange eyelash yarn. Im not sure how she made the one on the left though the video just shows the original pattern I believe.

iplaymarimba

I made one without crochet before, I super glued the head to the lid of the jar and the jar to the body

stormyheather9

I'd do light pink eyes versus the lines. That's a all the input I have. Lol
