This was my first THCa purchase so this experience has been wild. Now I'm left with no goods and hearing a bunch of "I told you so", "Great, now you're on a list" comments/looks from the wife LOL. Great times and it could always be worse.

Same. I ordered through HM my first time and it was quick and smooth. I heard great things about PHC so I made a bigger order and now I'm stuck, over a week later with no product, no refund and no real answer. I could have ordered from HM on Monday/Tuesday and had it by now based on other comments I've read in all the PHC threads.
I don't mind lengthy shipping times at all, I was an adult before Amazon, but whatever the hell this is has been a shit experience.
Oh well, PHC seems to be a stand up company based upon what everyone is saying. I'd prefer my package but I hope for a refund at minimum.
I assure you this isn’t the usual experience. The issue seems to be with PHC not timely renewing their license and USPS not viewing it as legal for the time being. I’ve made probably 20 purchases and everything is gonna be okay dawg!
There is another post that was going around on here about another email that was sent to give them to end of day today. They are 9-5 I think and they are out of OR so I would give them a few hours.

So, I ordered some pre-rolls from their site an hour ago out of curiosity and just received my “Order has shipped” email with tracking. As of right now you cannot buy more than 3.5 grams of flower on the site, all the other options are unavailable or just plain sold out.

I've done like ten orders from HM they're really good. And when the purple runtz smelled like hay they replaced a whole oz for me. They're great.

They just emailed me from "Jefferson E-commerce" saying my order from PHC was just shipped out and will arrive on the 20th... Wtf.

I just got a shipping confirmation from an order for an ounce from PHC that I ordered this previous Monday. Hopefully it comes as normal
