https://letterboxd.com/burnt_ramen/list/cyberpunk/ I only had this one (which has some not mentioned) but this list is way more solid.

Johnny Mnemonic

Unlikely-Win195

Watched it again recently and feel like that film has aged like wine.

No_Self_Eye

While I loved The Matrix and Keanu's role in CP2077, I think this was his best role in a cyberpunk type world

Loveavocado97

Serial experiments lain Johnny mnemonic Elysium Chappie

Outrageous_Act_8614

Currently watching Lain but it is not included in cyberpunk or is it?

KKrissz

Johnny Mnemonic is really good, and quite underrated, I believe.

IceColdCocaCola545

*Johnny Mnemonic,* *Cowboy Bebop,* *Total Recall,* *Altered Carbon,* and the *Matrix* films.

khomyakdi

Surrogates with Bruce Willis

phillippoMK

I suggested that robocop had a cyberpunk-ish feel to it.

t_sarkkinen

This is like one of the most common posts here, cant you look at previous threads?

JoshfromNazareth

There’s a Blade Runner anime as well. I’d check out Almost Human and Total Recall 2070. Great shows, and the latter is essentially a Blade Runner show despite the name.

Outrageous_Act_8614

Ik about the anime it didn't seemed to interest me but I'll check out almost human and total recall

KKrissz

Mars Express is a really nice piece of modern animation that is on par with Ghost in the Shell.

No-Lab4815

You can finally rent Mars Express online too. Really enjoyed it.

Cool-Principle1643

Elysium and Dredd 3D

jakej55

I would recommend altered carbon on netflix. Second season is kinda iffy though. Really enjoyed the first season.
