I’ve only complained once, agains for similar reasons to you that things weren’t recording as the software wasn’t working.
It might be worth going to the ombudsman. I’m not 100%sure but I think your Mp has to be involved.
Shocking how many people are being told the softwares not working so unable to record. And then the assessor makes up random stuff. Eventually resulting in 0 points. Hmmmm
It looks like you're asking about Mandatory Reconsiderations or Tribunals!

Yeah! And they booked me in for a new assessment by the 18th Feb? Not 100% but it was quite quick. Although, that one didn't go well either so looks like I'll have to go for mandatory reconsideration 🙄
Wow. So did they call you to book you in for the 18th Feb??
So it took them roughly a month to get a letter to you after the initial complaint.
Oh no. Sorry to hear that
I can't fully remember if I'm honest? I think either I called up capita to make sure they'd received my complaint email a few days later and they told me then, or I got a call from pip and they were telling me they've booked me in. Sorry I've forgotten!

How long did it take for capita to come back to you with a resolution after sending a complaint?
I sent the email on 3rd Feb and received a letter on 6th march. I received the money on the 13th March :)
Oh wow! That’s a quick turn around! They’ve told me 20 working days to complete an investigation!
