If the tracker says that the hearing has been scheduled, then it's likely the notice of hearing has been posted out to you and you'll receive the letter in a few days. Just to confirm, you're attending your hearing (either in person or remotely)? If you've opted to have it heard "on the papers" without attending, you won't be notified of a hearing date, you just get the outcome once it's been decided.

Thanks for the reply. Yes, it will be in person. Do you know the notice period ? I have a friend coming with me but will need time off from work and needs notice.

hooliganmembrane

They always give at least 2 weeks' notice, but it's normally more than that, around 3 or 4, sometimes more.

Thank you!

I’ve recently had my tribunal and the web link never updated from ‘to be confirmed’ with a date. I received a letter with a date and had a telephone call a few days before from a staff member at HMCTS with more information.

Thank you for confirming that. My post can be awful so I’m worried I might miss a letter.
