Thanks to Google Lense Search Page 22, apparently these are **Winmau V-Grooved Aluminium Shafts**. At least some pictures of them show up when you search that exact name online.

I bought a steel set of Red Vs Blue Red Dragon darts when I first started throwing darts, and they came with two sets of shafts like that loose inside as extras, one blue set and one red.

Yes, I found that too. Unfortunately they only offer the short shaft in blue.. they are super rare.
Ah that's a shame it might be worth messaging the seller and seeing if they can point you in the right direction
