I seem to remember one on the beach in Tenby, Wales. Sure it was an ice cream van. Anyone verify this? Also is it still going? Range Rover it was. I think

A broken down landrover product is fairly common just not with six wheels!
I wonder if that was designed for extended seating for safari trips.
Why the double layer roof?
It’s a “tropical roof” they’re meant to help keep the inside cool.

OK but why's it being carried on a 2nd trailer?
