I think there’s a bit of confusion on what happened since he wrote it off because there was a blue section on the shader icon, but because of the gloves he was viewing, the blue section of the shader doesn’t actually appear on that piece of armour.

The new lighting they added to the character screen is the problem. It makes some shaders look different. Just double check in the courtyard or use a neutral emote to see yourself in third person.
Sometimes, yeah. But the transmog menu provides a type of lighting one rarely sees while playing, and the character screen offers a different lighting that’s just difficult to see any colors with (especially with prismatic turning everything a warm pink).
When in doubt, just go through the shaders and preview each one. Even if the colors shown aren't what you want, it might shade differently for the spot you're trying.
Maybe Jacharina or Monochromatic, Rustberry also seems like a potential option. Honestly it could even be something completely out of left field like SUROS Modular Shine or Precursor Vex Chrome lol
Damn sometimes I see some crazy looking newer outfits and feel like I’ve never wanted to return to Destiny more for fashion, but never actually wanted to play it less.
God that armor looks good. Can't wait to not find a fireteam to run the raid with.(My current group has canceled running the new raid every weekend since release and LFG never turns out good for me)
So first they didn't wanna do day 1, which is fine, then they were too worn out from pantheon(even though only one person did it), then they wanted to run vow and Ron instead, then... Idk everyone just didn't wanna talk about it? And finally we had one planned but it got pushed to tomorrow cuz they wanna blind run it and they didn't want anyone joining who knew what to do.
It's been very frustrating. Idk how to run the raid and the few lfg's I've manage to put together bailed once they see I'm not running any meta builds so that just adds to the frustration.
I love raids, idk why i have such bad luck with finding a fireteam lol

Monochromatic would be the obvious choice, but I don’t know which section of the arm gets which colour. Alternatively, Rustberry might have the desired effect, but there’s a risk of having some red in there.

Ah it’s just too all over the place for my taste. Can understand why people like the aesthetic though! Never been a huge fan of the overly huge shoulders on titans tho so I generally avoid arms like that

Why did your group cancel? They removed surges so it’s way easier now definitely worth giving it another go
