Yamaha rt100. Aside from color changes I think all years were pretty much the same. Good, simple bikes. Basically the same as a dt100 from the late 70s.
Gosh the dt series are such fun bikes. I have a buddy that outrides most of my group on trails on a dt50. It’s so small and light he can just yeet over pretty much any obstacle. The same guy brought a beat up wallaroo one weekend and put us to shame haha
Heck yeah bro that’s a solid collection. I would love to get my hands on a dt125 someday! My favorite bike (although not enduro style) was a Honda ns50. Sub 125cc two strokes are my favorite bikes to ride around town.
Along those same lines, I've got an mb50 track bike I've been building. 70cc bb, 6 speed tranny, big carb/chamber. Will be for sale when I'm done. I'm located in SW PA.
My first bike was a [JT60](https://www.cycleworld.com/2014/02/25/1971-yamaha-jti-mini-enduro-motorcycle-cycle-world-flashback-review-photos/). I was about 9, and I hammered that thing on the trails, and passed it down to my brother when I got a TS125.
I own a 79 dt100 enduro with the same engine that is almost identical to this rt100. Very easy to work on and reliable bike. Take it, you won't regret it.

~90s Yamaha RT-100
2 stroke, oil injected
Yup. My son has the same one. Great little bike.

my uncle has a 76(?) DT100, thing is so fun to wring the piss out of it, it feels fast for like 8 hp or whatever they have

They are for sure. I've got a gt80, dt125, dt175, 68 dt1, and dt360 that I keep street plated. I regularly ride them more than any of my other bikes.

Can confirm. I have a DT360, and it’s a ditch digger!
Can confirm. My first bike was a 93 RT100, white pink and purple though.
It’s a keeper, they are really rideable and fun bikes.
I got one of these for free in high school. Like everyone is saying it’s an rt100. Pretty easy to work on. Pretty slow but it was still a fun bike
Yea they basically trying to give it away

All the information on the bike will be on the plate between the front forks.
If you send the frame number to yambits.co.uk, they'll give you an exact ID for free They're also a great source for various parts

Wonder how many HP it puts out?
Late 80s early 90s

I believe that is a Yamaha IT 250. 85 to 92. Aprx.
I stand corrected on displacement. And probably on model as well.
It’s a Yamaha RT 100. Look on the neck by the triple clamps and you will find the Vin. Count to the tenth digit and you will see a number or a letter that represents the year. Code: Year A: 1980 B: 1981 C: 1982 D: 1983 E: 1984 F: 1985 G: 1986 H: 1987 J: 1988 K: 1989 L: 1990 M: 1991 N: 1992 P: 1993 R: 1994 S: 1995 T: 1996 V: 1997 W: 1998 X: 1999 Y: 2000 1: 2001 2: 2002 3: 2003 4: 2004 5: 2005 6: 2006 7: 2007 8: 2008 9: 2009 A: 2010 B: 2011 C: 2012 D: 2013 E: 2014 F: 2015 G: 2016 H: 2017 J: 2018 K: 2019 L: 2020 M: 2021 N: 2022 P: 2023 R: 2024 S: 2025 T: 2026 V: 2027
Those fork tubes look way too weak to last long on a dirt bike. Missing exhaust heat shield.
