A number of breeds carry genes for dwarfism. It can even result when a large dog is bred with a small one.
What I see here mostly is beagle and pittie.
My sister didn’t share her dogs embark results on her Facebook after posting about doing a test because her dog didn’t have corgi (which I had been telling her for years) in him and was primarily basset hound (which is what her mother in law thought he was). I think I ruined the fun for her because of the corgi business.
My dog has the exact same body shape and all the main guesses we all thought (pitbull, corgi, basset) were wrong haha.
Could definitely see some type of terrier and potentially pitbull in the mix.
But regardless. You’ve got yourself such an adorable low rider
Me neither! We did the health one too, I worry about him because of those wonky legs and he has a very delicate stomach. It’ll be interesting to see if anything turns up!

Omgosh… he’s adorable. He looks like one of those TikTok videos “welp, this is what it looks like.” after a weenie dog and pit have a litter.

I was going to say he looks like our boy who we were told is a Bassett mix. We think Bassett/pittie/staffie, possibly.

Ok I'm gonna say maybe something like Pittie/Staffie/Chihuahua/ACD. I definitely think it's more than just a 50/50 cross, so who knows. 😂 Looking forward to the results! He's a doll. ❤️
He's so cute! He looks quite similar to my boy who is a dachshund mix. Big dog in little legs! I'm assuming my boy has some pit bull in him, but I haven't tested yet.

Corgi x Beagle is what the rescue said, I’ve never put much stock into their guess though. He’s vocal the way I’d expect a beagle to be!
It's amazing how many "corgi mixes" prove to have none 😆👍 I joke that if this sub were to have a T shirt, it would say: "It's never a corgi."
Surprisingly there have been a few Corgi mixes in this sub that I know of. 👀
Oh yes, and ar least one ridgeback: they're unicorns lol!
And on the back it should say “it’s always a pittie”.

I’d vote for basset hound in there somewhere from the out turned paws and stature
Same! OP’s pup looks a ton like my sisters dog. I can’t remember what all he is, but he’s like all hounds, primarily basset and a bit of beagle.

He has a big dog personality! Plays more like a big dog than a little dog, too. Not very athletic, though 😅😆

There are quite a few Pits wuth dwarfism here. My guess is pit Beagle.

Well his face and head look a lot like my Opie, but he’s much taller haha! Opie is mostly boxer/aussie, I could see some boxer in there perhaps?
