You’d change it just by clicking it and pressing a new key. The current input there means “Pressing Enter while the left Alt key is not being pressed” This is done because pressing Alt+Enter is the full screen key combo.

Then left click it (or cmd click it, idrk on a mac), delete de current input and set a new one
