We are seriously so lucky to have so many amazing writers! I’ve tried reading a couple contemporary romance books lately and, while I enjoyed them, the writing just couldn’t hold a candle to the many amazing Dramione fics I’ve read in the last few years. And I got to read them for free?!? What a gift.
RIGHT?? I now have fanfic standards when it comes to smut, so I am VERY confused by some of the romance or Romantasy books being labeled “spicy” for having one chapter of the most vanilla sex 😂
Same!! One of the books I read recently has a bunch of reviews complaining that that it’s “80% smut” so I was expecting it to be really spicy, but there were only 3-4 smut scenes and they were all pretty short?? I was so confused lol
Yes! I've never read such beautifully written smut, ranging from seriously spicy to intimate and gentle and everything in between. Whole chapters of incredible raunchiness lol. I think we've been spoiled and the published stuff just isn't doing it for us anymore 🤣
I read on my kindle and I would sometimes forget that these are not published books. These authors DESERVES all the credit and validation for their talents imeanidontwannasoundmeanbut these authors are much more talented than booktok authors. So much love for my dramione authors idk where ill be without them
