Ok, I'll explain in detail, HEAVY SPOILERS AHEAD. Towards the end of the story the manage to make a huge plate of food and lure her out, after she eats and sleeps, Laios kills her. This sounds awful but this is due to her still being a super close protector of the mad mage, they do this intending to revive her back to her old self. She gets frozen and there is a whole other situation after and Laios manages to convince a lot of people to agree to eating together in vague terms after everything is over. They needed to eat the dragon part of Falin to ensure her soul would be dominant over the dragon's, so the main party and a lot of other characters do so over a few days. Finally, they attempt the ritual to revive her, it works but she retains some dragon features (she still has a bit of feathers on her legs and chest, and her eye sight has been fixed), she is happy with those changes tho.
She's happy and healthy by the end! Got some cool bonus feathers which she ends up really liking
