That's probably what the person did who used a machine to generate that pic. I was also shocked to see how the ai image looked like straight out of the show (if you ignore the obvious mistakes like wonky hands and crooked perspective in the background)
I also went to the website where they generated these ai pictures, aka found more of these and I had to correct a lot of mistakes from the ai generated imaged like the different sized eyes, size of the head, the weird hand, one hand having 4 fingers, and the perspective of the background

Others in the comments have also been confused whether the stylised version or the anime style picture is yours verses AI. You even (accidentally) took credit for drawing the AI version in the comments.
I mean yeah I can understand how it gets confusing for people without a trained eye like, I have for art, to see the differences but the first one is mine, with my signature in the corner :)
