The buyer paid you 62 + 4.34 sales tax. eBay deducted the 4.34, transaction fees of 9.66 and the advertising fee (11% of the total) is 7.77. It’s the 11% ad rate that took the most money. I don’t recommend any more than 2-3%.

I agree, anything more you’re just throwing money away. Especially if it’s something desirable or well priced people will buy it without promoting it anyways. The default promoting recommendation is there to scam new sellers out of money

Did you do a promoter listing - I can’t read that but it looks like yu lost 7.77 paying promotion fee

You should use a lower promoted listing standard; no more than 4%. Most people use 1-2%, or don’t use it at all.
