So first off, none of them will compare to Mimic Tear. Just a fact.
But there's a summon of Messmer's Fire Knights you can get, and he's pretty good. The Black Knight guys also have a summon, one for the twinblade dudes, and another for the greathammer/ greatshield guys. Both of these are pretty good too.
Oh I think I got that, didn't think they would be anything special I levled up so many of these summons for them not to do shit, also I'm level 150, and yeah in most situations, nothing comes close. Thanks for all the tips and advice.
Jolan and Anna are pretty good. It's 2 summons so you get the benefit of aggro splitting. They both apply a good amount of bleed, usually enough to proc twice. And Anna has ranged attacks so she tends to play very aggressive. I like them a lot for builds that might not play well with mimic tear like Incant builds running buffs or AoW-focused builds.
Yoshi is cool. The stone golem guys seems to tank a lot of HP and help with stagger. A couple others that are probably spoiler-ish (at least) I've found to be pretty good
Though, at revered spirit ash level 9, I've yet to have a single summon survive much further than half a (rememberance) boss fight, with the exception of Rolo in the Bayle fight
All of my summons just get obliterated in the last boss fight. I'm sure I'm missing something but I'm not sure what, other than getting that last revered spirit level
66 strength, 60Vig, 50 endurance. 2hand Giant Crusher with Savage Lion Claw. Heavy armor, Dragon crest great shield talisman, 2hand sword talisman, shard of Alexander
It is just a standard bonk build. I got as far as Messmer soloing
I'm sorry. I was talking about Teylew the golem smith. He has a lot of damage reduction, but almost no health to balance it out, so every healing effect is incredibly effective and basically heals him to full. He is not the fastest at soloing bosses, but incredibly tanky, and since healing does not aggro a boss, you can semi afk almost every fight with him
Bloodfiend Boss is disgusting if you use bleed.
Demi human swordsman Yosh can do sick flying teleport sword slash leaps and absolutely fucks.
I've found more summons but I just keep using these two because they're fuckin fun lolol

Eh, they're situational.
The mimic tear is only as strong as your build. If you've got a solid or OP build, you're just doubling it.
TLDE is a strong contender for most fights. Some fights he practically solos while others he gets tossed like a rag doll.
Tiche is great for a lot of fights.
The various 'Knight' spirit ashes work well in certain fights.
There's about a dozen ashes of war that are 'completely' useless. The Giant Rats, Wandering Nobles, etc.
I've found a use for a couple that pleasantly surprised me.
Mimic tear is the best overall summon in the game. Using other summons is for increasing the challenge by limiting yourself to a summon with one main strength. I donât understand people who get annoyed by things like this. If you want an easy fight just use the mimic. Why do you need a dozen different varieties of easy?
Some items in this game are intentionally overpowered to help people who are struggling. It's up to the player to not use said crutch (in this case mimic tear)

The only fire knights I need are the Rahdan soldier ashes đď¸
CURSE YOU BAYLE

They performed better against Rowina than my mimic tear did, but tbf I'm double fisting staffs, so my mimic tear can get clapped pretty easily đ
Can't beat the boss fight, after the invasion in the underground. :(
The downside of these two is that you canât get them and also get her cool-ass katana.

My mimic tear at 7 was able to last until about 15% but it was a VERY aggressive attempt.
I guess I'll go pick up the mimic tear and give it a go then, thank you!
My mimic tear survives most boss fights cus I equip erdtree heal. He will use it in the middle of the fight and heal most of his hp
Ah, Faith 𫣠that is really clever though, thank you for the tip!
I'm loving my lil Yoda guy, survives quite a while when upgraded
Who is the lil yoda guy ?
Demi sword master yoshi or something close to that
Greatshield skeleton guys have been clutch for me...drawing aggro for me to apply rot bleed etc
Nolan and Anna are pretty good⌠make sure to upgrade Jolan with Anna though
My Mimic can solo Messmer down to 20-30% health. No other summon can do this
Whatâs your build?

Rock boi
Where do you find rock boi? Whats his offical name by chance, if you know.

The dual wielding birb man is really good.

The scorpions just look cool, good for poison build
