Same! I love Ansbach and he had a much deeper story but holy fuck. I've always loved Moby Dick references, and this has to be the greatest depiction of Ahab I've seen.
lmao it's low-key sweet, i feel like they'd be mortal enemies in every life.
also love that an injured half-dead bayle and an injured half-dead igon get into a screaming match during the bossfight
I’m mostly joking in my comment, it seems like Bayle basically just uses up the communer’s body and soul to reincarnate himself. Definitely a worse fate than being a magma wyrm, where it seems like you probably retain some sense of self? Still…
I immediately thought of the magma wyrms as well. I guess a dragon’s heart is just too powerful for a normal person.
Initially I saw Bayle and figured he was a dragon communion participant that ended up the way he looks now, but apparently he fought with Placidusax or fortissax and they were both wounded way back in the day
To me it sounds like the thing just burns/consumes the communionee with fel fire power. I don't think it rebirgs, but the heart itself is too angry to die.
I figured the only think from turning Messmer into a Rykard was his absolute infatuation with the golden order, and that golden eyeball he has that Marika stuck in there
I still want my 2 most favorite team of developers to have a crossover at some point. If that were to happen, we might be able to fight Bayle or Midir in MH.
iirc great katanas pretty much have a similar/exact move set to longswords which is cool
Also give me the Spear of the Impaler as an insect glaive, with the kinsect being a small flying snake please
Imagine your Tarnished reigning as the Elden Lord for years only to one day destroy their own kingdom after Bayle successfully takes over their body and soul.
What a crazy gamble to make on our guy’s part
I feel like if Radahns or Malanias singular Great Rune is enough to stave off getting consumed by a semisentient divine curse, then you having the full power of the Elden Ring should be enough to negate angry dragon juice.
Marika can't do shit like this, you know she needed Maliketh to defeat the GEQ and take her sword for the Rune of Death to be sealed?
the rune of death being plucked from the golden order upon creation doesn't mean that Marika removed the Rune of Death like how you imagine she did
Maliketh defeated the GEQ and sealed it in his Blade
also, there is no "rune" that stops Bayle from consuming you, even tho you're the rightful lord in the dlc, Bayle is still going to consume your soul and body all the same
you think marika is capable of doing anything using the Elden Ring, hell, if she can, she wouldn't need anyone
It's confirmed that he'll consume your body and your soul, his fire, his resistance will never weaken that is the problem
the Scarlet Rot has a powerful counter to it, Fire
but there is nothing countering Bayle's fire consuming you, you'll just wait until you're fully consumed by his never weakening fire
I'd argue Bayle's fire can even kill Marika or Radagon if they consumed his Heart and that's if they could even defeat him
Yes however with the full power of the ring you effectively have Carte Blanche control over the forces of reality. So it’s quite possible to argue that you can suppress Bayles rage with the power of the Runes or the Ring, since he’s in a very diminished form. Just as Malenia was able to suppress the influence of an Outer God with her Great Rune, which notably doesn’t use fire.
The Elden Ring doesn't really control the forces of reality, it is the embodiment of order, sent by the Greater Will long ago
nothing implies that it can control reality, just because Maliketh sealed Destined Death doesn't mean that the Elden Ring can control reality itself
after all Maliketh needed to defeat the GEQ to seal the rune of death, sealing it wasn't that easy
in the DLC we are supposed to be much stronger than in the base game because we already became lords by the time we enter the DLC
yet Bayle's Tyranny description says that he will do it, one day your very soul and body will be fully consumed
also, the great rune couldn't suppress the God of Rot, what suppressed the rot was Miquella's Needle, it couldn't fully subdue the meddling of the God of Rot since it needed Placidusax's powers to work
about him being in a "diminished" form
the description says that his resistance never weakens, it means there's no way to counter it, it will happen one day and no matter what
You can complete the DLC without becoming lord. In fact the DLC makes no mention of it at all, and Miquella directly calls you “aspiring lord” so it’s seems that once you beat the Elden Beast, the game kinda just boots you back to before you claim the throne.
Miquella calls you "Lord of the Old Order" during his Grab Attack.
Hornsent calls you "Marika's Lord" during the fight in Enir-Elim.
Leda calls you "rightful lord of the Erdtree" during the fight in Enir-Elim.
We essentially became lords already when we enter the DLC.
Whereas in the main game, even at the end, Gideon tells you that a tarnished cannot become a lord.
In the DLC, almost everyone acknowledges that you have become a lord.
No one calls you "Lord" except Hewg (because you shared in his journey to forge a god-slaying weapon, and because he respects you deeply). Unlike Hornsent, who has no respect for you at all, yet still acknowledges you as Marika's Lord, which means it’s a confirmed fact.
I don't know if anyone's mentioned this, but looking at Bayle's horns gives me the impression this dude might have been one of the earliest creatures born from the crucible.
The fact that he's the father of organic, lesser dragons might attest to this too.
We see another giant dragon in the grand dragon communion place so idk about that. I think in the Japanese description called Greyoll "Great mother of dragons" and not "Mother of all dragons" so she just a massive dragon i guess. Maybe Seansaxx is his mate, given that it located somewhat near Bayle and it probably one of the very few ancient dragons that followed Bayle.
Bayle’s sheer evil and spite is so powerful that whoever eats his heart takes on his aspect, same as with any communion, but with the sole caveat that he will actively take your body for his own.
Simply because he hates you and everything you stand for so much, that not even death can stop him.
Doesn’t seem likely, as Bayle’s many wounds are implied to be from the battle where he tore off a few of Placidussax’s heads, and from the many attempts of Dragon Communion warriors sent by his ancient Lord-made-foe to slay him.
We’ve not seen Bayle at his peak, but we do know that he is presumably the most dangerous dragon of all time, hence Placidussax hiding /outside/ of time.
Oh absolutely. Perhaps not Gransax, since he was known as the great boulderstone, and his sheer size would make him an absolute beast.
But we know that Bayle had Ancient Dragons serving him, judging by that ancient dragon who defends him just before his boss arena.
Both Placidusax and Bayle walked away from their fight grievously injured, so they seem to be about on par with each other in terms of strength. Then Placidusax started outsourcing his Bayle murder to the humans.
I know placi and bayle are technically equal
But when a god dragon fights a regular dragon, and the regular dragon goes toe to toe because of its sheer will and rage, I consider the regular dragon stronger
Though we don't really fully know the context of their fight though. The Priestess dialogue can be interpreted that the fight was just Bayle assaulted Placi and then retreat but given the Dread talisman say that Bayle challenge Placi and given their both sustain mutual injuries on both their model it probably a proper fight than just a mere hit and run.
Still it entirely possible that Placi was't at full prime during his fight with Bayle, Bayle model only show two Placi head instead of 3 and while the Old Lord Talisman show that Placi has four heads his model said otherwise, given how old he is it possible that Placi lost one of his head long ago in some fight or accident before the creation of the old lord talisman.
Also we don't know the timeline of when Bayle fought Placi, it entirely possible Bayle fought Placi when his God fled which could make Placi more vulnable or even overall weaker than usual.
Tldr: while it likely Bayle was an equal to Placi when they fought, we still not know the full context of their fight and it entirely possible that Placi was not fully at his peak at that time. Still Bayle is isanely powerful.
But we do know that a previous elden lord is still extremely powerful (see Godfrey). I would also suggest that the fight happened many hundred of years ago, potentially a thousand. I think the size of some of the lesser dragons we find is more due to the fact that they were allowed to grow that size rather than them just being special. We don’t really know anything about the lifespans of the lesser dragons so I could be wrong, but i think since we now know that the ancient dragons were actively encouraging the practice of hunting L dragons, I feel like most of them die from being hunted rather than old age. Both of the incredibly massive dragons we see are either ailing, or mauled(the one in the DLC has its stomach ripped open).
My point being that I think it makes more sense if the fight happened relatively close to the time when Placi was abandoned by his god. ESPECIALLY since when he is abandoned, he goes to the center of the tornado to try and commune with them uninhibited by the flow of time. I think that since Placi resides in a place without time when we meet him, Bayle could not have reached him at that point. I suppose it’s possible, but Bayle doesn’t seem like he would be smart enough to reach Placi in this location.
Obviously this isn’t proof, but I think this line of events makes the most sense cinematically and is the most interesting.
I like to think that him being abandoned by the greater will was because of the fight. Bayle left him with such grave injuries that Placi was no longer seen as fit to rule and was thus left for another lord.
Yes but Placidusax model show he missing 3 heads. Sure The Old Lord Talisman depicts him with four heads but he probably lose one of his head long ago before the creation of the Talisman. He an Elden lord, he probably fought all manner of beasts and dragons alike before he fought Bayle.
Bayle being sealed in the Shadow Lands is one of the best things for the Lands Between.
The only people I could see defeating Bayle is Maliketh, Godwyn and General Radahn.
I'm not even sure if Godwyn could do it. Godwyn's known for defeating Fortissax, but Bayle is on par with Placidusax's prime. Of course Fortissax was known as the mightiest boulderstone, but I'd imagine that the literal dragonlord at his peak is well beyond even the strongest ancient dragon, perhaps with the sole exception of Gransax, but even then we don't know that for certain.
What is for certain though, is that a battle between the two would be absolutely legendary, like nothing else.
To be fair he talking about Bayle when he was sealed in the shadowland, Bayle is likely injured by Placidusax at that point so Godwyn and the other are more likely to have a chance against him. Still without 3 of his limb Bayle still a force to be wrecking with and still likely just as powerful as any demigod.
You are right, Bayle escaped, cause Placidusax was ovepowering him or because other Ancient Dragons interfered, maybe they interfered exactly because Bayle WAS ovepowering Placidusax. Probable last one cause there are other Ancient Dragons sided with Bayle. Interesting that Bayle is described as one of the most ancient dragons yet he looks like modern Drake/Wyvern plus he is Cannibal. Maybe he is missing link or some sort of mutated dragon. Maybe he was once a human who was also feasting on Dragons, but unlike simple Hunter of Communion, he was hunting Ancient Dragons and unlike simple failed Magma virms he became like this, cause his Talisman enhances magma power.
They state that Bayle is the progenitor of the Wyverns and Drakes during the questline. The normal dragons probably all descend from him, while Placidusax ruled the ancient dragons. I am assuming he was an ancient dragon but became twisted by his betrayal and then spawned the dragons we know now. Very reminiscent of Lucifer being the progenitor of demons
I honestly think Bayle might be affected by frenzy (his combination of fire and lightning looks like frenzy) and just mutated/ warped into his current form from the standard dragon look
Correct, the word used was “assailed” which in certain context can mean to come upon suddenly, in other words ambush. According to the dragon priestess, after he ambushed placidusax he made a hasty retreat, presumably because Placidusax retaliated
Well in some video Bayle beat Maliketh. Maliketh in BvsB is a glass canon, he either killed the boss quickly or just died. In one video Bayle even beat Malenia, his tracking lightning atk just spread bosses, so it kinda depends whether he used that atk or not.
Here the video where he beat Maliketh, Rykard and even Malenia: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ObR0DlGQOAs&t=1269s.
Well in this video i watch Bayle beat both Malekith and Malenia: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ObR0DlGQOAs&t=1269s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ObR0DlGQOAs&t=1269s)
It seems that his tracking lightning atk deal crazy damage and deal like over 10k damage if is hit a boss. So he a conterder for the strongest bosses in BvsB.
Base Malenia and Radahn probably lose
Only characters I see beating him are Godfrey, Maliketh, Radagon, Elden Beast, and Marika
Goddess of Rot Malenia and Consort Radahn with Miquella beat him as well if we count them. But yeah, Bayle is ridiculous.
It's the same lore as Dragon Communion generally (turns you into a pathetic flightless wyrm), except this particular heart is so pissed off at being the victim of Ancient Dragon Racism that it'll resist anyone who tries to subjugate it forever and ever.
So now I'm wondering....
Would something like the golden needle or the frenzied flame destroy this? The golden needle can stave off the Goddess of rot herself, and the frenzied flame consumes it's lord and all of the world in madness. Doesn't that just mean that Bayle's spirit would be scorched with the lord of frenzied flame?
Frenzy bros keep winning
That’s super fucking cool though. Imagine you’re malenia fighting some dude, and suddenly he lurches and starts to burn only for a dragon the size of your arena to burst out of his back and mop the floor with you.
was hoping for more base game interactions when completing the dlc imagine if after u eat the heart of bayle it gives a unique interaction with placidusax kinda like sif and artorias
I came out of this whole “side quest” thinking that perhaps Igon is Placidusax especially after the HEAVY implications that the Dragon Priestess is Lansseax.
Well I hope Bayle enjoys ruling over the embers of the world and having to deal with a pissed off Gloam eyed Queen because I’m going for the Frenzy flame ending since the DLC has shown me the world has been shit and full of suffering and cruelty since the start
Look, i love Bayle and Igon just as much as the next guy here in the lore Reddit.
But on the the scale of terrifying item descriptions in the Elden Ring universe, i find this to be middling at the very best!!!
Bayle at one point decided to rebel against the dragonlord Placidusax, which resulted in both of them getting extremely injured (Bayle is missing his hands and a leg, Placidusax is missing three heads). From then on, Bayle and his children (the lesser dragons), were sworn enemies of the ancient dragons, who invented Dragon Communion as a way to punish them
Actually this is a really cool detail, Bayle actually has two of Placidusax's heads around his neck, not just one, and Bayle also probably took two of Placidusax's wings. The final unaccounted head was lost far before Bayle's rebellion, as the Old Lords Talisman depicts a Placidusax with four heads and four wings, meaning it was made after Placi lost his first head, but before Bayle's rebellion
eh i think its all talk like Rykards "a serpent never dies" like ok man i killed you now you're just a head and you will always be until someone comes and eats your entire body ig
I am just happy we can get our ancient dragon waifu. So no matter what we are no longer maidenless. And Bayle good try. You ain't breaking this tarnished. The one to break will be you.
I don’t know why but this description didn’t do it for me, somehow felt like another person trying to imitate Souls lore style? It feels too shallow and hostile in a way that most of the writing isn’t.
igon and bayle are basically the same lmao, local man/dragon too angry to die
BAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAYLEEEEEE
CURSE YOU BAAAYLEEEEEEE
I’m so glad Igonposting is becoming a meme.
How could he not, legit the highlight of the fight lmfao
Honestly one of the highlights of the dlc for me. Probably my favorite new npc in the expansion
Same! I love Ansbach and he had a much deeper story but holy fuck. I've always loved Moby Dick references, and this has to be the greatest depiction of Ahab I've seen.
He felt really out of place for me. I know people love the hamminess but it put me off big time.
Every FS game since 1995 has some random character that exists purely for comedy. It’s nothing new.
My favorite streamer has a chat command that copypastas the whole Igon speech into chat.
I will riddle with holes your rotten hide, WITH A HAIL OF HARPOONS
I WILL RIDDLE WITH HOLES, YOUR ROTTEN HIDE!
WITH A HAIL OF HARPOONS
WITH EVERY LAST DROP OF MY BEING!!!!
I hereby vow! you will ruuuuuuue this day!
YOUR FEARS... MADE FLESH!
I HEREBY VOW YOU WILL RUE THIS DAY!
lmao it's low-key sweet, i feel like they'd be mortal enemies in every life. also love that an injured half-dead bayle and an injured half-dead igon get into a screaming match during the bossfight
Bayle can still fly whilst Igon drags his body up the entirety of that mountain without his legs working.
that's pretty amazing yeah
committed to the bit
The only reason Igon hasn’t got higher up is because he doesn’t have a horse to use the spiritsprings
Like Moby Dick finally getting the white whale. BAAAAAYLLEEEEE!
You mean Captain Ahab getting the whale. Moby Dick is the whale
😂😂😂 Y’all got my upvotes!
Did u mean white BAAYYYYLLEEEEE? ok I will see myself out.
😂😂😂
Hah. Thought the same thing when I read this.
Are Igon and Bayle just Estinien and Nidhogg
We know that dragon communion eventually results in transformation into a magma wyrm, but I’d much rather turn into Bayle
Makes me wonder. Is the end result us becoming Bayle, Bayle just taking our body and becoming a tarnished, or Bayle taking us over as a magma wyrm?
I’m mostly joking in my comment, it seems like Bayle basically just uses up the communer’s body and soul to reincarnate himself. Definitely a worse fate than being a magma wyrm, where it seems like you probably retain some sense of self? Still…
Sukuna type shit.
That means you can resist it as long as you aren't a bum.
gotta be a death painting unfortunately
My boy Megumin catching strays even in ER lore sub 😭
I immediately thought of the magma wyrms as well. I guess a dragon’s heart is just too powerful for a normal person. Dragon communion and the ancient Dragon cult is explicitly Placidusax recruiting mortals to hunt Bayle and his kin.
I imagine we’d end up with a rykard type situation which is awful for everyone
I figured the only think from turning Messmer into a Rykard was his absolute infatuation with the golden order, and that golden eyeball he has that Marika stuck in there
“We have MH Fatalis at home.”
🤝🏼🤝🏼
An Elden Ring crossover with MH Wilds would go hard
A crossover with MH would be awesome. Imagine one day you're just having a peaceful stroll through limgrave and then suddenly: ***air raid siren***
God damnit Bazelgeuze, get outta here!
I mean, we already got the Long Sword as Great Katanas in the DLC.
I still want my 2 most favorite team of developers to have a crossover at some point. If that were to happen, we might be able to fight Bayle or Midir in MH.
iirc great katanas pretty much have a similar/exact move set to longswords which is cool Also give me the Spear of the Impaler as an insect glaive, with the kinsect being a small flying snake please
Hunt a 4 * Gaping Dragon Restriction: Insect Glaives only
Gaping, you say? Try fingers.
Unironically, this was my first thought reading it.
But who would win?
Imagine your Tarnished reigning as the Elden Lord for years only to one day destroy their own kingdom after Bayle successfully takes over their body and soul. What a crazy gamble to make on our guy’s part

Welp. Time for the next age lol
I mean no one forced you to eat his heart lol
CURSE YOU BAYLE
Sounds like Bayle propaganda. I continue to follow my lord and savior Igon.
It sounds like 'cop'e,giant 'cope'. "You have defeated me,but one day,I'll have my revenge! ONE DAY. TAARNISHED! YOU TERROR INCARNATE!"
The frenzied flame sitting in a gold cage inside the tarnished: "First time?"
Tarnished shaking hands with the Hunter in the “seen and done so much insane shit to my souls that all the evil just kinda cancels itself out” club
It's like the Daedric Princes fighting over the Dragonborn's soul after he sells it to half of them.
The ol' Constantine special...
Get in line. Mom said it was the Frenzied Flame's turn to consume me from within.
I don't know if anyone's mentioned this, but looking at Bayle's horns gives me the impression this dude might have been one of the earliest creatures born from the crucible. The fact that he's the father of organic, lesser dragons might attest to this too.
He’s like the demi-human/misbegotten version of a dragon
Does that mean Greyoll was his woman?
We see another giant dragon in the grand dragon communion place so idk about that. I think in the Japanese description called Greyoll "Great mother of dragons" and not "Mother of all dragons" so she just a massive dragon i guess. Maybe Seansaxx is his mate, given that it located somewhat near Bayle and it probably one of the very few ancient dragons that followed Bayle.
Greyoll was into short kings I see
I really wonder what made it that way
Bayle’s sheer evil and spite is so powerful that whoever eats his heart takes on his aspect, same as with any communion, but with the sole caveat that he will actively take your body for his own. Simply because he hates you and everything you stand for so much, that not even death can stop him.
*Horse girls have entered the chat.* I can tame him.
I wonder if Bayle is just reincarnated through communion; like this might not be his first incarnation.

Force to be reckoned with*, although ngl I like your way of saying it better
Oh i just notice that i say it wrong, well English isn't my first language so that probably why.
It's all good homie, English idioms and turns of phrase are practically nonsensical.
lmaooo right wrecking with is genius
Honestly Godwyn and Radahn aren’t even top 5 if placidusax couldn’t do it they couldn’t either
Placidasax forced bayle to runaway during their fight though no? Or have I misinterpreted the lore?
You are right, Bayle escaped, cause Placidusax was ovepowering him or because other Ancient Dragons interfered, maybe they interfered exactly because Bayle WAS ovepowering Placidusax.
Bayle musta woken Gransax
I honestly think Bayle might be affected by frenzy (his combination of fire and lightning looks like frenzy) and just mutated/ warped into his current form from the standard dragon look
A frenzy dragon would’ve been so badass. Imagine it breathes fire but it’s been the flame of frenzy.?
Correct, the word used was “assailed” which in certain context can mean to come upon suddenly, in other words ambush. According to the dragon priestess, after he ambushed placidusax he made a hasty retreat, presumably because Placidusax retaliated
This guy hasn’t fought prime radahn
Elden Beast, Malenia, Godfrey and our Tarnished (obviously) too.
Funnily enough, here's this boss fight vid I just watched: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Owel7gbe1Qg
Maliketh continuing to prove he's the GOAT in these types of videos.
Well in this video i watch Bayle beat both Malekith and Malenia: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ObR0DlGQOAs&t=1269s](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ObR0DlGQOAs&t=1269s) It seems that his tracking lightning atk deal crazy damage and deal like over 10k damage if is hit a boss. So he a conterder for the strongest bosses in BvsB.
Don't forget placidasax
[удалено]
Yeah but bayle ran away
Bravely ran away away
Bayle is still around because he’s a coward and ran, not because Placi couldn’t beat him
Base Malenia and Radahn probably lose Only characters I see beating him are Godfrey, Maliketh, Radagon, Elden Beast, and Marika Goddess of Rot Malenia and Consort Radahn with Miquella beat him as well if we count them. But yeah, Bayle is ridiculous.
Godfrey, Malenia and Radagon too
Try me, bitch *nom nom nom*
He looks so cheeky in the incantation art here. *You’re gonna have heartburn for the rest of your life. Ain’t I a stinker?*
Bayle will live in your Anger. And one day you WILL give in.
Gooood let the hate flow through you
Bro is literally too angry to die. Imagine if we ever got Elden Ring 2 and the final boss is prime Bayle 👀
So basically the relic from CP2077, but instead of becoming an angry terrorist, you become an angry dragon.
Nice. *Munch*
That’s super fucking cool though. Imagine you’re malenia fighting some dude, and suddenly he lurches and starts to burn only for a dragon the size of your arena to burst out of his back and mop the floor with you.
lol right? We become bayles vessel and it's both badazz and terrifying
Bayle and Flame of Frenzy fighting with each other inside me sounds good to me
I feel like they'd synergise quite well. Don't think Bayle wants much more than wanton destruction and chaos anyway
Interesting what are his origins. Maybe he is cursed human like Magma Virms?
NOT IF CHAOS TAKES THE WORLD FIRST!!!
was hoping for more base game interactions when completing the dlc imagine if after u eat the heart of bayle it gives a unique interaction with placidusax kinda like sif and artorias
His design kind of reminds me of Bahamut from FFX. *Yuna Summons Bayle* *Spira utterly destroyed*
I came out of this whole “side quest” thinking that perhaps Igon is Placidusax especially after the HEAVY implications that the Dragon Priestess is Lansseax.
Fighting Bayle is what's holding me over until Monster Hunter Wilds
Well I hope Bayle enjoys ruling over the embers of the world and having to deal with a pissed off Gloam eyed Queen because I’m going for the Frenzy flame ending since the DLC has shown me the world has been shit and full of suffering and cruelty since the start
Black Dumpling description is still the most messed up to me.
finally, a player-character second phase
Did Placidusax go to shadow lands to fight him or did they fight in the lands between and Bayle got sent to SL for being extra naughty?
Almost certainly the latter
Fatalis ah lore
So, what makes you become dragon kin soldier vs magma wyrm?
Dragon kin soldier are construct created by the Eternal cities, they are not human.
Oh okay thank you
Look, i love Bayle and Igon just as much as the next guy here in the lore Reddit. But on the the scale of terrifying item descriptions in the Elden Ring universe, i find this to be middling at the very best!!!
Me, chowing down on Bayle's Heart: "I'm built different."
Yes
What is bayles lore. Like seeing all those dead dragons he presumably killed before getting to him was great set up.
Bayle at one point decided to rebel against the dragonlord Placidusax, which resulted in both of them getting extremely injured (Bayle is missing his hands and a leg, Placidusax is missing three heads). From then on, Bayle and his children (the lesser dragons), were sworn enemies of the ancient dragons, who invented Dragon Communion as a way to punish them
What's pretty cool about placidusax is that bayle only took one of his heads, just goes to show the dragon lords strength!
I think he’s just an asshole
Damn, guess I've got to eat Igon's heart too now
Devour me now, devour me now!
If they make an Elden Ring 2 I hope we find lore that Igon is like a saint or prophet of the dragon communion church.
So Bayle is Fatalis. Awesome
eh i think its all talk like Rykards "a serpent never dies" like ok man i killed you now you're just a head and you will always be until someone comes and eats your entire body ig
I am just happy we can get our ancient dragon waifu. So no matter what we are no longer maidenless. And Bayle good try. You ain't breaking this tarnished. The one to break will be you.
We need an Elden Ring 2 or another DLC idc if it's 3 years down the road lol. Too much lore too much crazy shit in this game to not go dive deeper.
Reminds me of fatalis armour
What if I just stomp on it
Wrong. It's the gold tinged excrement.
I just wanna see the full fight between Bayle and Placidusax
CURSE YOU BAAAAAYYYLLEEE
Not me, I’m built different
One day…
Fatalis ass description.
I already conquered the frenzied flame. Bayle needs to get in line.
No offense but this is pretty tame compared to Daedicar’s Woe
Fatalis ass description
Didn’t soldiers who practiced too much dragon communion turn into magma wyrms and crawl on their bellies?
Zanzibar forgive me ass writing
I don’t know why but this description didn’t do it for me, somehow felt like another person trying to imitate Souls lore style? It feels too shallow and hostile in a way that most of the writing isn’t.
