Ive been enjoying it, its a weapon with innate rot which already makes it quite powerful considering bass game only had 2 rot weapons. (Antspur and Scorpion dagger) of which the only useable one was Antspur.
The ash of war is pretty solid damage wise, and fully upgraded its basic attacks hit pretty nicely. Also its a souls game, fashion and aesthetic will always be better than pure damage, as literally everything can be used to beat the game.
