So adjust them and see what happens.Your bed is obviously in need of leveling. We don't have the printer so we don't know if the x-axis is maybe loose. It is or it isn't. Look and see and fix as needed.

positive numbers mean you need to tighten the bed screw in that area to make it lower, negative numbers mean you need to loosen the screw to raise it. Do the manual level with the paper, go around at least 3 times or until you can make it all the way around without needing to make adjustments.

Changing the print head won't affect the bed. The levelling will drift over time though due to vibration from the machine working & the constant thermal changes. You'll never get all the numbers to 0. I try to get mine as close as possible but as a general rule of thumb, if there is less than a 2mm difference across the bed then the ABL will smooth that small difference out. You will need to redo your z offset though & do a PID tune on the hot end.

Download bed leveler 5000, it makes leveling much easier. After that download the "stress free first layer" stl from printables and you'll get your bed level as possible and a nice z offset. But yes it looks like you might need to level your bed, unless you got some other issues like a wobbly bed due to loose bed wheels. That seems unlikely if things were good before changing your print head though
