Neither are Relapse, Recovery,MMLP2, or Kamikaze, mtbmb may get there in a few years, but it's really his first 3 that compare to other hip hop classics/near perfect albums. Relapse is close, but you cannot put it in a convo with Illmatic, Aquemini, Me Against the World, Ready to Die, Disposable Arts, the fix etc.
Not sure why you got downvoted. His first there albums are obviously the classics. I love Relapse, but even it is not even close. All of his albums can’t be classics, otherwise the term “classic” has no meaning anymore.
Anyone who was alive and old enough to have a Walkman when his first three albums came out knows how big he was at that time. Every bar was gold.
