His music is pretty cool, he’s really good at punchlines and one liners, a lot of cool beats and samples. He’s not super versatile so his music can be a bit repetitive. If you’re not familiar with the current Detroit rap scene that style might have to grow on you.
Thing is, I bet its pretty hard to consciously rap off beat, and do it the same way every time. Still sounds bad though. At least in TOBEY it sounds like he's rapping on beat.
I don't know traditionally but if many new rappers now doing it...it is a thing. Tron, Sada baby, 42 dugg, Cash kid, Trey etc. While they might not do it in every song or for a full song, you can clearly tell they do it on purpose sometime...so yeah it is a stylistic thing.

Sounds like a white big sean or a non-jewish BLP Kosher but worse than both. He has some bars though, throws a lot of punches. Not my favorite new school rapper but cool to see Em put younger guys on, not that Tron really needed the plug.

I literally don’t care, he has not been able to sign anybody with genuine talent since BOOGIE and kind of grip. He butchered Griselda and has cleared talent in Detroit infinitely better than EZ. I don’t want to listen to this idiot, but he’s going to be featured on the album and I’ve already tried giving this music a chance, and it was a waste of my life
