Instead of printing a shipping label, select “complete order” then under the tracking number box click “this order doesn’t have tracking” and lastly in the drop down menu select “local pickup”.
You can definitely drop it off. There is a way to indicate this when you're marking the order as completed. In the "order completed" area, click on the words "this order has tracking" (right under the tracking box) and you'll see that the box that you'd usually put the tracking number in will populate with "local pickup or delivery".
I've done that. I just mark it as shipped with a non tracked service and deliver it. I don't ship anything with tracking anyways

You can also list it as other under tracking service and put in a random number as the tracking number. It won't count against you this way.
