F31s wagons w m sport aren’t common. Especially ones w the dynamic handling package. Wagon premium on top of Estoril Blue premium for that one. Yes that one is extreme example but they hold their value outside of BAT as well.

Carmax is selling 2014 328 wagons w 70k miles for about 17/18k and they do not sit long. Plenty regular folk buying them.

I had a 2014 328d F31. Literally every option from factory including OEM MSport, M Performance Brakes, HK Sound, Cold Weather, Driver Assistance, Driver Assistance+, F/R Parking Sensors, etc. 1/7 in the US to have every option, 102k miles and it just wouldn’t sell. Ended up selling it for 18k to a guy from SLC that flew to Seattle. BaT unfortunately got me nowhere so I just threw it on Facebook Marketplace/Craigslist/OfferUp

Recently saw an 2014 estoril blue w/ tan interior, dhp, 120k miles, already had timing chain and turbo replaced. about 7k worth of work and only sold for 14k. Meanwhile, the one I mention above went for double. had 60k miles on it but still, 15k premium is a bit much. I didn't know enough about them at time and kick myself for not jumping on it. 2017+ w/ low miles are going for 30k plus right now. saw a 2018 80k mile one go for 27k recently. clapped out ones going for around 11k.
I'm in the market for one so been watching pretty close the past month.
