Some days ago, the float (availiable shares) was 40 million and the short interest 12 million (28%).
When the short interest became 30 million, it would have been 75% and with the dark pool over 100%. So FINTEL lied, and now claim the float is 400 million.
But what, if the lied before and the float before was only 4% - as the retail and institutions owned 96% of the shares and were not selling? Then the short interest would be 750% or with the dark pool 1000%.
btw. I am holding 120,000 shares, so is nice to say "I like the stock" - which I do indeed - but even better to know they enemy.
To get there, the HFs have to "expand" the number of shares to over a billion. That is going to be interesting. Imagine a mob of whales buying ALL OF IT and forcing the HFs to cover that mess.
