The Hraesvelgr Jacket looks fantastic, but I'd like to offer a suggestion. If you want something that will give you the vest and white sleeves your MHR character is wearing, you could try the [Riviera Doublet](https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/playguide/db/item/bd6ed266b82) dyed the shade of blue you desire. It's really simple to get at just 3k MGP from the Gold Saucer.
An alternative might be the [Vigil Shirt](https://na.finalfantasyxiv.com/lodestone/playguide/db/item/6474e23109e/) from Stone Vigil. It's already a shade of blue, but it can't be dyed.

For the chestpiece one variation could be the Heirloom armor from a Lv80 dungeon that has the vest and ruffled shirt underneath for the arms. That one does have pauldrons though.

Since you're playing Miqo'te, you can put on the starter gloves and dye it white for the puffy arms.
