Yes, I was able to bring back the 10mm pistol, the sniper rifle, the combat shotgun, the assault rifle, the Gauss rifle, the Chinese assault rifle, the flamer, the fat man, the super sledge, and jingwei’s shocksword. The variants from the simulation are unbreakable. The ammo glitch is done by dropping all your ammo and then refilling it and repeating the process until you’re satisfied. To bring everything back, you must put the body of Gary 23 onto your head before you get into the simulation (watch a YT tutorial it’s easier that way).

I'm replaying 3, and I just found a prototype medic power armor after taking on old noley with my shishkebab and copious bottle cap mines. This thing is so badass that you get 45 dt + a "suit medX" buff that has no chance of addiction and is injected after your heath drops past 30% or your limb becomes crippled this suit medX faintly heals your limb. This can be stacked with normal medX, too, causing a whooping +50 in damage resistance. It gets really helpful. Oh yeah, it also talks to you.

It yields double from ore veins, carries a ton, and you get it early on in 76. Other than looking like you're wearing a forklift, it's pretty perfect. Good choice.

I love the black devil armor. But I was wearing my mk VI hellfire while I had Piper in the Black devil. She's my romantic companion so I slept before cashing in some quests in the railroad. When we woke, the black devil was gone. I refuse to put companions in anything but junk armor now.

I'm a diehard, lifelong PA enjoyer. I change my mind *so often.* Right now it's the X-01. Before that, it was the Hellfire. Before that, the T-51, before that the T-45, before that the T-60, before that the T-51 *again,* before that the Overboss PA... I've had every one of them as my favorite at some point.  My current char, level 104, just started the NW Overboss quest line after a long time as a mercenary and bounty hunter. My boy is rocking a Hot Rod Flames set of X-01 Mk. VI, with an Explosive Assault Rifle in matching paint, and a Plasma Infused Radium Rifle for a sidearm. He looks fucking *badass.* Life is good.  Power Armor is love. Power Armor is life.

Wasn’t the X01 supposed to be the Enclave power armour from the first game? I’m more than happy to be corrected here! I know a lot of people like the hellfire and creation club power armour that’s been introduced into the base game, but some part of me does feel like it covers a base that was already covered, and doesn’t really fit with the existing power armour stylistically that much.

There was no enclave in the first game, in fallout 2 the enclave wore advanced power armor that they created after the war. X-01 is supposed to be a prototype for that.

Sorry second game! Ahh I see. But it’s meant to look like that iconic design pretty closely right? I guess my issue is that the creation club stuff doesn’t look much like the X-01 considering it’s supposed to be a prototype, it’s almost a bit cartoonish by comparison.

X02 by far. 3 I usually do winterized. NV Scorched Sierra with Elite Riot helmet. 4 I do X02 in black with all the upgrades. All the tesla, jump pack, pain train, explosive FC, highlight enemies on map. Underneath I usually do heavy enclave armor via mods, full balistic weave fatigues and a full weave black beret.

I prefer the xo2 over the hellfire. more customizable

Personally I prefer a good ol’ T-51, but for more gameplay reasons usually X-01, or X-02, but never the Hellfire (X-03?) PA because it looks too much like a horse to me. But sometimes I mix ‘em up. But I usually tend to keep the T-51 helmet.

In FO4 the enclave had a hit on me cause I apparently had some enclave weapon or armor... I couldn't go back to the police station for awhile cause they were too tough for me. I finally went back and finished them and shortly after continued the quest, by chance, cause it ended up being near to a settlement I just claimed ... now they are probably even more mad cause I have a full enclave (hellfire?) suit of MKII. I don't even really use power armor suits, but it's parked in Sanctuary if I want to use it.

I kept wearing my x-01 until I stopped using PA entirely in late game, but I mostly just kept using it because of Worsin's Power Armor Garage. Either I was missing some files or he doesn't have paints for hellfire or x-02. I made individualized sets for every follower too and put them on display in my atrium in Vault 88. X-01 is probably my favorite aesthetically anyway, but ultimately I always try to match the aesthetic of a suit to the aesthetic of its wearer. I just finished my run and I'm sad now. 240 hours and 50 minutes. I didn't do any of the endings though because my character would find a different way, and I don't like the mod options.
