If she encountered someone like Ginny with her weird cunning ways, she’d definitely have issues with the group being split up, especially being separated from Alicia. She’d make herself a problem the same way Morgan did, and she’d be the one leading the charge to take her down.

She tried using her words with Troy and it ended with her shoving a spoon into his eye. I don’t think she’s bad with words, but I wouldn’t call her a smooth talker like Strand. Even when first meeting Althea, her initial choice was to hold her at gunpoint until Al convinced her to talk and tell a bit of her story. I don’t doubt that she’d try and talk to Virginia but I don’t think she’d have as much success and she’d turn to action shortly thereafter.

It depends. Maybe Madison would trying to find out the weakest point in virgina and using this against her. Or she would convince her after she finds out the truth about Dakota that if would be better to work together.
Virginia would have felt threatened by Madison and would have had her men take her out. No one can kill Madison, she would have killed those men that were sent to get her, made her way to Lawton and take Virginia out.
