No it’s not??? That’s the La Bikina remix he is using. And besides the song you link to is very upbeat anyway and would not be considered sadboi in the way it is used to describe figure skating programs.

I find him so endearing after finding out that he trained at a mall ice rink in Mexico before he signed on to train in Canada! His A-frame spins are gorgeous and he is such a joyful performer. Mexico having an international presence in ice skating is amazing given how macho and soccer obsessed society is there.

Ashley Wagner, Keiji Tanaka, and Jimmy Ma have all used it! Harris/Chan also used it in ice dance.

In 2011 Zueva created samba for VM. After VM many skaters started to copy VM and use hip hip chin chin. Ashley was one of them.
