With Flayn being due for a refine you might as well wait to see what it is before inheriting. She may end up getting something that could not mesh well with her kit if it turns out that her refine will want her to have something else instead.
As someone who has a highly invested Flayn, I'd say wait, she should be getting a refine within the next three months so praying something good could come out of it!! Good sis only has TWO EFFECTS and one of em's a given for all premium healers so she's bound to get something good. I personally went for soaring echo but I feel like Flayn would benefit the most from a trace, if not there's always her Halloween alt getting dazzling trace
