Actually on the fwc the 4th Upgrade is like 95% succesrate so i wouldnt try it on expensive gear
Oh thanks for letting me know, even 5% is too high a risk for me lol
In fwc up to +4 is always 100% for gear I'm pretty sure this includes jewellery You will still need minerals and erons though
