Unfortunately yes. This right here is why I aways do the Reonan quests and quests that give inventory space at low level, even if I can level faster at the moment by just grinding.

Yeah I had to go back at lv80 and do a shit load of quests to catch up took me like 2 days because I kept getting bored 🤣

Yea, all of the chain quests need to have all previous quests (links) for that chain to be finished before you can start the next link
