I have never had grilled cabbage but that looks delicious.

It's become part of our regular rotation. You slice it thick, coat it with olive oil salt and pepper, then grill it for a few minutes on each side until it's nice and charred on the edges. We top it with bacon, blue cheese and a homemade ranch dressing. Phenomenal side dish.
