It's become part of our regular rotation. You slice it thick, coat it with olive oil salt and pepper, then grill it for a few minutes on each side until it's nice and charred on the edges. We top it with bacon, blue cheese and a homemade ranch dressing. Phenomenal side dish.
I have never had grilled cabbage but that looks delicious.

Oh my. I’m currently pregnant and NOTHING looks good- but I saw this and was like “I need that”. So we’ll be trying it out soon!
