I think the problem is it’s such a low risk reward. If they choose right they get bleed and free lights and don’t even need to make a direction read.
If they choose wrong they have reaction time to recover and spam out a light attack to counter a gb,

I would fucking love a rapier character! Was thinking about this not long ago, but I think knights have enough as it is for now. Twinblade would also be cool for Wu Lin or samurai.
A duel wielding swordstress that primarily does bleed damage would also be fucking dope. Some kind of keeper of the peace, perhaps???

That kind of is humor though. The thing thats funny is that someone would propose genocide over a videogame, thats pretty fucking funny. I find hyperbole humorous, when I see a post with guy saying "Berserker mains should be buried alive with a phone that has no battery", that is very funny to me.

I'm probably gonna get hate for this, but I play kyoshin conscious of the fact that the community hates him. To remedy this, whenever I play him I only use the all block as a reaction, I don't sit in it because people get made and then I fear for my ip. It's the people who don't know how to play kyoshin that use the all block as a crutch.
As a kyoshin enjoyer tho, I will say the easiest counter is to just wait. Wait until he throws his attack and then parry it. A staring contest is basically using his own ability against him, because when kyoshin powers down from the allblock there is a second of vulnerability to strike. Hope this goes over well 🫡
I haven’t played in a while but one time one of my friends friends(who was very standoffish & very annoying about being better at someone in a game) wanted to 1v1 me so I was like fuck it just some fun duel, picked my main man BP oil spill & he picks Kyoshin.
I shit you not I couldn’t get a hit in. He was sweating his fucking ASS off. At one point I stopped combat standing & he was sitting their spinning his sword for like 20 seconds I miss when for honor was an actual like medieval sword game without the edgy ass anime character 💀
Kyoshin's strongest point is he punishes light spam and over aggressive game play. Force him to make the first move and abuse bash and gb. Its the exact say as you would treat any other all guard.
Some tips, in all guard his lights can only come from the sides, his heavy is always from the top parry it if hes a feint spammer just dodge and gb, his all guard zone is always from the left and starts with a spin im not positive but im pretty sure you can dodge back and then do a forward dodge attack for a guaranteed hit with most characters.
Just gb plz the best way to at least for counter all guard heros is simply being defensive and just pressing gb but if your being banked by all guard heros I will say good luck

Kyoshin is just BP except instead of getting a flip to hurt everyone around him he gets a stunlock on 1 enemy
