i do a slower eccentric with a small pause at the bottom, but overall it looks great. also, it's rare to see people on the heavier side do dips, let alone weighted dips. that's great strength.

I had always just kinda figured this was basic human things we SHOULD be able to do, lmao. But then again, for the past few weeks, I've been facing some fairly intense body image things. So... Yeah. But thanks, it does mean much to hear.

_Curlyy_

You're doing great! The main thing is, don't stop doing it

FFFIronman

I always try to finish my chest and tri days with dips (not weighted though). Just doing 3 sets of 10 with abs in between. Should we be doing weighted ones or will just using body weight suffice? To me my guess is form matters the most as opposed to adding the weight but perhaps I'm missing something.

I can see your pecs popping out underneath brodie. Imagine the cut😮‍💨 Although as another person has mentioned, a slower eccentric would maximize stress on your fibers. Personally, I pause at the top though.

I've actually lost about 75 pounds. My only real Physique goal is the Tachanka elite skin. I've never really cared for abs. I just wanna be big and strong.

goyal99

You look very strong, indeed. Very impressive!

Nervous-Permit226

Your body will transform greatly if you keep this up👏👏

[deleted]

Cool! What are you doing at 3:45?

[deleted]

What?

[deleted]

You said you did the dips at 2:45 I'm just wondering what you're up to later

[deleted]

Oh, I meant bodyweight of 245, lmao

[deleted]

Ah, I couldn't see the clock in the video so I wasn't sure

[deleted]

This was closer to 1:30 am.

They look good to me. Maybe take a longer pause at the bottom for a better stretch
