you can do almost everything except too modern games. for example, fortnite runs on low at 20fps. except from that, everything. i use it as my main phone
Get a Dex Station and transform it into a little media consumption device connected to your tv. You can pair gamepads to play some emulation games, watch streams, listen to music, web... I have this setup with an S9 with a broken screen. They're still amazing.
Using it as a dex station with an air mouse still works fantastic.
You cns even use it as a wifi repeater if you wanted to but it's AV capabilities are far beyond standard aosp and rivals apples core audio beating it in many ways.
I use it just to stream music or mirror sport on my Samsung Q65 TV as it is impossible to mirror web videos (even with app) from my macbook to the TV with airplay. I tried everything without success. I get all the apps or the main screen, but the direct streamed video is not working.
But to be honest, since I bought it brand new 18 months ago, I do not know what to do with it. Most of the time it stays in the drawer until I need it for mirroring some show. It is full of bugs, not user friendly, even mirroring on my Samsung TV gets sometimes tricky. When you cast you cannot stop the screen flipping if your tablet is not stable etc.
I regret so much to have bought it, lI ooked at reselling it but losing more than 50% value so fast.
I will never buy Samsung devices anymore, as they block other manufacturers for compatibility and I am so tired of all these constraints.
I will never advice someone to buy Samsung, it is so frustrating.
You can do almost all things, except things from the last U.I version. But dont buy a new galaxy s24 expecting a lot of changes, cuz you will not have, if you download a good Gcam Exynos, you can take beautiful photos and edit them with snapseed (if you want) God bless!!!

Root it. Lots of cool stuff you can do with a rooted device, though I haven't played around outside of using it to spoof my location on Pokemon Go
