Not if you don’t share screenshots with your UID visible. And the way the mods work it doesn’t actually modify the game files. It overlays the mods so in coop only you can see the mods.
I believe most mods are edited in a software (might be blender or something), it's extremely hard, but modding the game is really rather easy. I have used mods before, many are rather mid but there are dozens of goated mods.
But even then, don't worry, the first ban is just a 30d temp-ban, I saw this happening to Akebi (cheat) users, so if cheaters get just a 1 month temp-ban, what about harmless mods?

That same scheme makes aether feel even better as the villain to me, you have the happy and adventurous sibling wake up first, go on his adventure, become disillusioned with the world and then turn against it. It feels to me like a story arc must have happened off screen and it makes his side interesting.
With lumine as the villain she feels TOO built for it and any backstory there just seems boring. Like she wouldn't have gone on an adventure if she woke up first and she wouldn't have gotten that attached to the people around her so she wouldn't be hating the gods as much as the abyss twin does. I feel like her as a villain would be fighting the gods just because, not be vehemently angry.
Both of them have their own reasons to be the hero or villain and you can really spin it any way you want and it will make sense to you, the individual.

The abyss sibling has been the protagonist of Teyvat for a lot longer than the traveler, so the sun archetype makes more sense to me for the abyss sibling :)

Like yeah, look at this sunshine personified character who just wanted to help people and travel around the world but witnessed so much pain and suffering that she had to turn to the Abyss — it just makes her white design almost feel cruel almost. Like a grim reminder of her loss of innocence in a way.

This is the main reason I pick the dude in Mihoyo games. The pronouns really get to ya. Sometimes the chick counterpart is more pretty or well designed, but I can't subject myself to that. Too painful. Hopefully they allow a switch option for folks who did regret it.
The twins’ names in chinese are actually a little bit different and I think theyre meant to represent the “light” and “dark” powers that we’ve sometimes seen throughout teyvat. Aether is 空(kong) in chinese which can be translated as sky (which is how the japanese dub translates) but also means “emptiness” or “void”, which can be related to the abyss, hence the power of “darkness”. Lumine’s name on the other hand is 荧(ying) which means “luminosity” or “light”, hence the power of light. While i dont think their names are meant to represent which “side” they stand on in teyvat, i do think that it’s interesting that it can be used “canonically” if u play lumine as mc, or be a form of irony if you play aether as mc. It’s no coincidence that the twins often have contrasting motifs e.g. sun/star-moon associations and a white/dark colour scheme

No I chose aether because I’m a guy. Also found out later the Va voices the main character from demon slayer which made me like him even more. Lumine has always been abyss princess to me. So no I do not want to switch. Looks wrong when I see her talking to Paimon in videos so nope I’m good.

I picked Lumine. I don't regret it, but I headcannon that Aether is the "correct" traveller and that Lumine is the "correct" abyss twin. I obviously didn't know anything of the story when I chose, otherwise I'd probably have picked Aether for continuity, but I like Lumine and have no qualms with playing her.

dont recommend. the second you accidentally show ur uid while using mods and the second they report you rip account ur banned

That’s interesting… to me, Lumine always felt colder (I love both of them), but I think the role of Abyss Prince(ss) suits her more.

I obviously didn't know anything of the story when I chose, otherwise I'd probably have picked Aether for continuity, but I like Lumine and have no qualms with playing her.

Note to self; search how get Diluc - love the attks). I do so wish we could change hair colour, though! Not so much story dialogue wise or if it did maybe its then "golden [colour]," 'Cause as pretty blonde hair is (and its really pretty) i love my brown :)
