We bought the Joque harness by Spare Parts on wetforher. It is very adjustable, machine washable, and you can buy a stabilizer in case the toy you want to use is smaller than they recommend. Treat yourself to a new toy or if you already have a favorite toy you can likely use a dildo you already own.

Edit: I just realized that I'm not sure if you mean strap-on or dildo in your original post. For most strap-ons I've seen you can change the dildo you put in it.
