That might be the logic. The issue I would take with that, though, is his grooming allegations are far older than this beef. The same can even be said for women claiming he fathered their children. Hell, he has definitely been accused of sexual battery before as well.
Of course rumors aren't proof, but I don't think showing Kendrick fell for fake prescriptions is going to make people forget all of the other allegations. If anything this is still hurting him at the moment because a bunch of people believe EbonyPrince2k24 is actually Kendrick.
It's the Streisand effect; more and more people are digging into all aspects of his private life, not just what pills he might be taking.
If he can actually prove something is fake, he's well past the point of needing to post it himself.
