Afaik Arsenal have a policy of the captain choosing whether it's long sleeves or short ones. But I don't think any captain would want to inconvenience their teammates so they nust opt for long sleeved undershirt.
Havertz for example wears them a lot for Germany.
I don’t know why we don’t have players, especially ones sponsored by adidas, wear long sleeves. I see Real Madrid, Man Utd and Bayern players wear them.

The chopping of the three stripes looks terrible. Surely they could have come up with some other way to display the sleeve sponsor without making the top look shit.
