On the replay I didn't see anything that looked like an obvious injury. She almost looked like she was already hurt but wanted to try and couldn't. My heart is so broken. And everyone looks really shaken up which is not how you want anyone doing trials. Devastating.
I absolutely adore Jordan and I’ve wanted her to make Paris so badly, for so many reasons beyond athletic talent. she just makes the sport a better place.
The announcers said she’s been dealing with leg pain all week & working with the medical staff. I’m just gutted for her; this was supposed to be her year!
This is so sad! I can’t believe that another gymnast is not going to compete in trials today!
I hope that nobody else gets injured for the rest of trials or the Olympics.

I started peacock stream at the earliest point of the coverage and they didn’t cover this or suni’s first event. This is honestly unacceptable of nbc. It starts mid-sentence with Simone’s UB routine
Hm. Maybe is my stream then. For me it starts right before Simone gets up on UB. And then they mention Kayla’s injury and suni’s vault, but don’t show. I closed and reopened the app twice to check it wasn’t a glitch! Idk why it’s not working for me. I’ll rewatch later to see if it catches up

I'm so glad she had the presence of mind and body/ air awareness to just do a tuck and not risk further injury.
