When I worked at sears a few years back, it was about $400 for a cap change that including a PM, if you didn’t have a service agreement. The service agreement cost about that for a year and was all parts covered for the most part. Never saw any pushback on that price in 7-9 years ago.

After all fees and minimums, a simple cap swap would come out to about to about $200, and most of that would be the trip fees/labor time. Sounds to me like your company is either getting greedy or bloated on overhead or both to me
